    "During checkin, receptionist asked 20p extra payment. After arguing, he accepted checkin without payment. When asked about water, bathroom essentials like soap, shampoo, toothpaste, staff said they cannot provide it. Even towels were not available. When we checked room, it was just a bedroom of 10ftx12ft in a flat of 3BHK. Bathroom was not attached to bedroom, we had to go outside room to access it. Bedsheets and blankets were not clean and had stains on them. Apart from all of this, we expected a basic hygiene, but cockroaches in room and bathroom showed us hygiene conditions of so called "hotel" Not at all expected this bad experience from FabHotels and not recommended to use this. Two cockroaches were dead and they had ants all over them when we woke up in the morning. Staff did not respond to our queries at all..."
