1 Average@fabhotel @snowdrophotel terrible experience. this is not a hotel. fabhotels and the hotel owner are misleading customers. please don't book with fabhotels without seeing the room first. i made the mistake of booking before checking the room, and it was filthy. the hotel staff were rude, and when i requested a refund after seeing the room, they deducted ₹300 as a processing fee. fabhotels should partner with genuine and well-maintained properties.Hari Shankar, 23 Oct

1 AverageIt was a horrible experience in our travel history. first it is a not a hotel, just a flat in residential area which is use like a ware house of furniture. any how they can manage one or two rooms in every floor, provide for stay. rooms are not clean, bedsheets in every room stained and torn. there is no lift facilities, and no room service for minimum necessity. staffs are very harsh, don’t know how they are coutinue their business, and it is a very big question for the organisation which are include this hotel of their list. don't go there, it was a pathetic situation for us.Jayita Sarkar, 15 Oct

1 AverageI can't expect that fab group or booking.com people will manupulate the customer review also. i have given 1 star but or booking.com manupulate to 9. how these people cheat the customers? the experience of staying in fab hotel snow drop was wrost. the facilities was very poor. the washroom was outside the room and common for 2 rooms. there was no facility for towel, hotwater & soap. the toilet faucet was leaking & broken and wrapped in tap. the room has no proper ventilation system because of that room smelled bad. the bedsheet, pillow and blanket is marked with mosquito's blood sheds. room was also not clean and hygienic. this was giving feeling of an appartment room not a hotel room. the fab group should rethink the hotel status for snow drop otherwise customer will get confused and will feel cheated. the receptionist behaviour was somewhat good..Md. 1 AverageOne of the worst stay, most filthy room. support staff doesn't clean room while accommodating new guest. there is no response from fab customer service and hotel manager is completely offline. bed sheet and bed spreads are not cleaned.Rajesh Arangarajan, 22 Sep

1 AverageIssues : 1. blanket was full dirty and dirty spot were visible badly. 2.bedsheet and pillow were dirty we are requesting to change and also complaint to fab exective but they both neither change nor reply. 3.room service as water bottle not provided, lift was not there, bathroom and room was having spider net.bathroom was not attached in room it was outside the room.4. in bedsheet other guests hair was severe found there we ask for fab manager to change the alternate hotel but they didn't do it.for the family it was a bad situation and it was 11:55 pm . we was not able to sleep due to all such problems.early morning we left the hotel but at morning fab hotels didn't ask our situation nor updatedKeshav Rathore, 18 Aug
