Had a very pathetic disgusting experience. I booked a 3 star hotel room with air conditioning but they changed it to a 1 star - I can't even describe it as 1 star a very pathetic room without my consent.. No air conditioning, bad smell all over the room, dirty blankets...Veru very bad experience
