In general good hotel, but our room had no AC or fan. We were informed about this in advance but price was like for fully equipped room. Very helpful and friendly stuff. Recommend their restaurant

The room was clean and comfortable. However, I was asked to pay an additional ₹400 for early check-in at 8 AM. During the booking process, Fab Hotels customer service had informed me that breakfast was included with the room, and only the early check-in charges would be extra. But upon arrival, I was asked to pay separately for breakfast as well. Overall, the stay was fine

Ac always switches off,noproper room service,while we stayed there was no drinking water in each floor at evening,every room seems to look the same but extra money charged for nouse

FAB customer care personal said, an additional charge of Rs. 500/- to be paid towards early check-in at 6 am But at the hotel they demanded Rs. 800/-

This is on behalf of a group of 16 people. We had stayed in this hotel for 9 nights and It has been one of the worst experiences ever. The service is the worst, the staff is unresponsive, they stole our clothes through laundry and argued when we asked back for it. The AC in the rooms were not working. Believe me do not book this hotel at any cost. Its a nightmare.

The Wi-Fi connection at this hotel is extremely poor. If you are planning an official trip or need to work on a laptop, this place is not suitable. The reception staff mentioned that the Wi-Fi is meant only for mobile usage, and even then the signal is very weak. When I requested a room change due to the issue, it was refused. Housekeeping is not done daily and will only be provided if specifically requested, and even towel changes are not done daily, as confirmed by the reception. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Our recent stay at FabHotel Prime Royal Castle was extremely disappointing. The “suite” room had absolutely no difference from the normal room, except for an extra useless space, yet we were charged ₹1000 more. There were no basic facilities – no hot water, no AC, no Wi-Fi. Two out of the four rooms had a strong cigarette smell throughout the stay. For a hotel charging ₹2300–₹3200 per night, this level of quality is unacceptable. The pictures shown on the website are misleading and not reflective of the actual rooms. The person who handled our booking did not even listen to our requirements and forced rooms on us. He changed the rooms after we paid advance saying everything got sold out and only suite room was available. Made us pay 1000more (we called directly and made the booking) The only positive was the location. And yes, the breakfast was good . Otherwise, I really don’t understand why this property is priced high.

1. Rooms are not maintained properly. 2.wifi not working. No proper response from staff when enquired 3. Food is not good and not much option. 4. Not sure why no hot water after 10. 5. Even for basic amenities like soap we need to ask them in reception. Apart from location I don't see any value added for the money paid. Check your room and than pay the amount in case if you would like to stay.

Bad experience. Reception with no manner. Not smiling. Asking my pasport like i am a criminal. Smelly toilet. Air conditional not working suddenly in 3 am. Its a bad day for us. This is not sabotage, but this is reality based on our experience. Service is very bad
