It was nothing like as depicted in the photos. the room was slightly congested. bedsheets and pillow covers had many marks. there was a smell of smoking in the room and washroom.

Most horrible and rude hotel ever. rude manger anuj, they have mo manners to speak to ladies, ill-mannered people. service is so bad u have to wait for long for coffee for cleaning etc. the best dialogue these have if u r not happy please find another hotel. last visit to this horrible place. they have shortage of staff, most of the staff keeps leaving, they never have adequate staff as they say.

My stay was good , however i find the stay not so pleasant. the length of beds in rooms are smaller compare to normal standard. my height is 6.1 and my foot was outside while sleeping. so the sleep was not at all comfortable. i complained the same , the hotel manger and staff informed all room bed is the same. so i feel the normal standard of any hotels /stays is not followed. the place of hotel is quiet and distance by walking from medanta hospital is appropriate 20 mints. food not tasted can't review on that. while i found menu price are good not costly. rooms and bathroom were clean , service was good.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.

If you want to stay mosquitoes, stays here… and you will not be able to sleep , you will enjoy your night with mosquitoes…. rating 4.3 is fake…. don’t go with rating… rooms are good, bathroom are good, but their staff are slow… it’s a very good room but mosquitoes and their slow service making the hotel worse…

Very friendly staff, proactive and helpfull. i am talking here about all the staff i interacted with: reception desk, restaurant, romm service. the informations receied were always correct and i felt safe. the room was comfortable and clean. great value for the money.
