"I stayed here quite a long in this hotel. Found staff are well behaved and helpful enough. Understand commutes issue is there as this sector of Gurgaon is still developing. Office Goers to leave office for comparatively early of they want to commute to Udyog Vihar or DLF section.. rest for staff behaviour and all you will found a friendly atmosphere here"

"The room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. Staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. "Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
