This place is an absolute nightmare. The rooms are in a state of complete disrepair—dilapidated, filthy, and falling apart at the seams. The bed creaks with every movement, and the flooring and walls are cracked, dirty, and covered in layers of dust. To make matters worse, the drinking water comes in reused, cheap plastic bottles that are refilled from a questionable water cooler at the reception. This makes any claims of cleanliness a joke. The so-called “balcony access” is shared, offering no privacy whatsoever, with flimsy curtains doing a pathetic job of blocking the view. This isn’t just inconvenient; it’s a security and privacy risk. The rooms are tiny, leaving barely any space to walk, and the sheets are stained and hanging by a thread—literally. The AC unit is a complete joke, useless and loud, failing to cool the tiny room, a clear sign that maintenance is nonexistent. The bathroom, while somewhat spacious, is an insult to the concept of functionality. The toilet seat is broken, the flush doesn’t work, and even the geyser switch is broken. Dust coats every surface, from the TV cabinet to the side tables, making it clear that cleaning is not a priority here. And if you value peace and quiet, forget it—these rooms are paper-thin, letting in every sound from the lobby and beyond. Expect sleepless nights punctuated by rowdy parties in adjacent rooms, making your stay an exercise in frustration. To top it all off, the staff is utterly apathetic. Their careless, indifferent attitude only adds to the overwhelming feeling of neglect and mismanagement. Even with a low price tag, staying here is not worth a single penny.

Worst experience with FabHotel (FabHotel Sphire83). Room was in horrible condition – broken bed, dirty floor, hair everywhere, very bad smell and extremely unhygienic washroom. The whole place was completely unhygienic and not maintained at all. Within a short time I had to check out because it was impossible to stay in such a dirty environment. Totally waste of money. FabHotels should seriously improve their standards, otherwise customers like me will never come back.

Disappointed and Not Worth the Price I recently stayed at this property, and it was a highly disappointing experience. The staff was completely unprofessional. It felt like the bare minimum effort was put into maintaining the property. The hygiene standards were appalling. The floor was dirty, and the bedspreads and comforters were untidy, making the stay uncomfortable. Breakfast was also disappointing, with only one dish on offer, which is unacceptable for the price charged. Basic amenities were lacking, there were no toiletries provided and the bathroom lacked even a simple provision to hang or keep the clothes. There was ongoing construction work in the building. Overall, this stay was a complete letdown. For the price they charge, this place is simply not worth it. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone.

⚠️ FRAUD ALERT – DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL ⚠️ This place is a total scam. They do not honor online bookings, even after confirmation and payment. When we arrived, the front desk staff, especially Sushil Yadav, was extremely unprofessional and suspicious. He outright denied our booking and behaved in a creepy and aggressive manner. It felt like something criminal was going on behind the scenes. No hospitality, no help — just lies and shady behavior. Avoid this hotel at all costs. Report and spread the word so no one else falls victim.

Very bad experience, do not spoil your vacation by staying in this hotel. Recently i booked 16 rooms in this property and the experience was so horrible. I faced large no. Of difficulties in this hotel, like- 1. They can't provide room keys on time , my guests were standing and waiting for their rooms to open. 2. They did not stand on their word of triple sharing in all the rooms. 3. Food was finished before everybody had eaten. 4. They will overcharge you by saying your guests are more in numbers than expected and water bottles too. 5. There was nobody to handle your luggage. And most important thing their behaviour was so rude, they will fight if they have to and will lie on most of the things. So take everything in writing what they have promised or they will backout on their word.
