Good rooms, good location, very helpful and good staff Also food is very good and tasty

Rooms are good, property location is also very good. But the staff is very non cooperative. I had to get down to the reception area to collect food because they denied the delivery person to the room and they also didn't deliver the food to the room. I had to wait for like 15 mins before checkin when the booking was already upgraded due to closure of the property booked earlier. There is no sync and update on portal whether the property is open or not. Dwarka and Mahipalpur properties are almost closed due to licensing issues and the portal has no update regarding this. So please call the property after booking.

Overall experience was pathetic.Me and my friend stayed there for a night and the experience was not less than a nightmare. Around 11 at night the staff kept knocking on the door asking for the key as someone from the next room lost his room keys and staff has no duplicate key to help that person. Even after refusing to open the door they kept calling us and knocking on our door. We being 2 girls staying there felt serious security and safety concerns. As we felt serious safety concerns, we won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone for stay.

I am going to write good negative review on google as well. This hotel appears nice from outside but very poor inside. This is my second stay here. Assuming first time I was put up in a basement with moving glass door. Unsafe. This time I tried first floor. The bathroom fixtures are old, the staff behaviour is rude. Bloody at 45c heat your receptionist says we cannot provide RO water, only you can purchase. When you purchase you get chilled water but complimentary water bottle is at room temperature! When I ask the other person at reception later for RO, he was good said sir we do provide very sheepishly as if owner will punish. I am a believer of sustainable living and reuse my own bottles or whenever I could and this is the first time in any Hotel I was pushed to purchase. Basement fixtures were leaking too last time. Pathetic.

The rooms were not clean ...I had booked online room with breakfast but they did not serve it and asked us to pay extra...ants were coming no cleanliness...for every small thing they demand extra money... location is also inside u won't get easily cab auto u have to book online... service wasn't there at all

Absolutely Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I stayed here for just a day and it was a complete nightmare. The service and condition of the hotel were beyond pathetic. Right from the start, the experience was a mess. The hotel owner at the reception was extremely rude and refused to let me check in just because I had booked the room at a discounted price. They insisted that I sort it out myself with the booking partner, completely washing their hands off the situation. I was left standing at the reception, tired and frustrated, wasting 1.5 hours trying to fix something that wasn’t even my fault. Once I finally got into the room, things only got worse. There were no slippers, no soap, and the first thing I saw were bugs crawling on the floor. I immediately complained, but no one came to help. I even went down to the reception to request a room change or at least some kind of pest control, but again – absolutely no action was taken. This hotel is a joke. The staff clearly doesn’t care, the cleanliness is non-existent, and the management is just plain awful. Save yourself the trouble – do not book this place, even if it looks like a good deal. It’s not worth the headache.

Think 100 times before booking from Fab Hotel and RR Residency I booked this Hotel from Fab Hotels (Person Name-Shyam) for my team, he booked it with Free breakfast. At the time of check when one my teammate they denied for checkin and told to increase fair. Later after 10 calls, Fab Hotel increase fair from there side. At evening at the time of checkin they told to pay full amount. I tried calling Shyam but he didn't responded. Then I called Fab support and they also told to pay full amount then only they allowed and also free breakfast was not considered. I emailed couple of time and said it is resolved but it wasn't. I talked to hotel owner and he said Shyam booked his hotel without his concent on fair and he has to trouble guest by not allowing checkin because he need more money for the room. In hotel room also Gyser was not working and water was not there in morning when we need to ready for office. Very disappointed with Fab Hotel service, RR hotel and worst part and worst person is Shyam who created all this mess and not answering calls. I wont recommand this Fab Hotels and RR Hotel to anybody. Worst experience
