"No wifi shared. Stayed in a suite but nothing is in working conditions w. kitchen or shelf, no coffee or tea pouch. Had to call for even soap."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."
