"Hi This was with respect to my stay in fab hotel DeccanHeritage as per this booking. I am raising this post my stay on because I had my sister staying with me and did not want to put her in bother in complaining at a place where I myself did not feel secure. Firstly while doing my booking itself I had asked if this was a proper fab property or not and the reservation team had said a€˜yesa€™. Upon my arrival I saw nothing as per fan other than two phamplets placed on reception desk. The staff there also was not from fab and they where telling ita€™s hotel Deccan heritage. The rooms also was very unlike my previous fab experience, with stained toilet and old linens. There was no water bottles in my room and I was charged 40 for the two bottles when I asked for them. Also on the breakfast offered, my previous fab experience had buffet breakfast served in very nice restaurants. But this time what was offered was to order prior night between idli, dosa or Upma. I ordered soda which was served to me as a parcel which seemed to me as a parcel picked from any road side restaurant with no proper packing or plates to dine on. The tea served along was in flask and cups a decade older. On top of this, room boy over there with this pan chewed mouth looked as if one seen in local hotels and you also have cleaning staff who asked me for a€˜chai ka paisaa€™ doing nothing. Traveling along with my sister, I had refrained myself from booking cheap alternatives like oyo, just because I wanted to give her comfort and safety, with which my previous fab experience was truly fabulous. But this time, I felt cheated and is terrifically angered that this had happened even after me consulting the fab booking help before doing my reservation. I had thought thy fab can be my go to hotel in any city but this experience will surely think upon that and I would now prefer something else. Hope that you atleast address my concern. Thanks NIRMAL"

"Good/Pros - Hotel location is very good. All toursist places are at comfortable distance. Commutation is easy. Bads/Cons: 1. Breakfast provided is only south Indian.No other menu or buffet system. 2. Charging extra money for drinking water. 3. Online booking is risky because Room was booked for 3 adults and a child. But, only one small room with very poor extra mattress was provided where a person has to sleep below wall mounted TV. 4. If we ask or complain about any issue about room, incharge says, you only booked such room online. 5. Previously For January stay, december bookinngs were done by customer support team. * hotel stay is comfortable but dont get bullied by online booking. * Value for money against overall amount spent for what you get can be rated 6/10."

"The hotel staff was pathetic! Over my two days stay, I wasn't given a single bottle of water, my room wasn't cleaned, linen wasn't changed and when I asked for the bottle of water on day-1 of my stay, I was told that I've already taken it! Strongly recommend nobody stays in this property, though it's centrally located, staff is horrible and the price for the quality of the room isn't justifiable. Linen is old, bed-mattress is uncomfortable, and nobody bothers to tell you what your booking includes. I wasn't told if there's WiFi, or if I am entitled to any complimentary breakfast (though I was fasting, yet, I would expect the reception to give these days at the time of check-in)"

"Avoid it. Reception guy was sleeping on the couch while we were walking towards the counter. Asked to pay cash even though there are 2 card machines are on the counter. Tried to push me into a smaller room even though I had paid for a bigger room. After complaining to fabhotels customer care, was I provided soap & 1 bottle of water. Ratings on fabhotels official site are cooked up. Not the real ratings. Hence the hotel cheats customers on their face.. More over the breakfast is repeated for at least 2 days in a staircase area. No proper sitting.. We stayed for 3 nights and everyday we had to ask for the complimentary services which was sickening. I don't think the management gives any damn about their services."

"Stay was for 2days, but find it very unsatisfied. Room at 3rd Floor, lift was not working, allotted 306 Room, AC was not working, informed both under maintenance, 2nd day Lift was working but AC still same issue for my room no cooling. Asked to change my room but mentioned 'll be rectified with in few minutes and I checkout next day by 8am, Complete stay was in NON-AC room. Reception staff initial found bit rude. Bed and all things were not upto mark. Washroom, shower was not working properly. I asked the in charge from FabHotel for room change, but did not get any support having many rooms unoccupied. Rooms and washrooms need renovation and proper maintenance. Not recommended for anybody."

"Sorry to say but I and my family had a very bad experience in your hotel from day 1.Toilets were dirty Restaurant food was horrible.1ltr water was given only when asked.We had to ask for soaps and shower gels.Break fast area had no proper seating arrangements for so many guests,Tables were dirty,not hygienic. Staff was rude,no politeness,service was horrible. Tabs were rusted,buckets were not clean,no tissue paper in toilets. No hooks in bathroom to hang clothes. Entrance of the hotel always stinks and was dirty always. Whole lot of garbage was there on 1st day of our entrance. Kindly visit the hotel and check if you want. I had a horrible stay.Will not recommend your hotel to anyone."

"What was good-AC and early morning hot water was good service provided. What was bad- We reached Hyderabad at 6am in morning. As this hotel has 12 pm check in policy called hotel and they told room isn't available. Later at 10 am after calling them they told to come and on reaching there told to wait for 20 mins. On reaching room metal splinter pricked our foot. Even after informing this, the room was not cleaned properly leaving the bathroom mat with lots of metals splinters. Next day after showing the foot mat it was changed. Mineral Water bottle and bath towel was not given on time and had to call 2 times for this. This delayed our sightseeing plan."

"Wow.. Just for location I will give 5 out of 5 stars.. Very easy access to MGBS Bustand, secunderabad and Kacheguda Railway stations..just 10 to 20 mn.... And nearby metro gives us travel access to Most important parts of the city.. Although hotel food is awesome..but.. Hyderabad's iconic eateries were also nearby.. Like baawarchi, cafe niloufer... Most sought after tourist destinions Tank bund and hussai sagar, birla temple.. Very class,.neat and decent rooms.. So without any doubt u can book this hotel rooms.. Completely worthy for price and location.."

"The best part of hotel is "Prime location" nothing else. we choose this hotel on basis of FAB brand and Pictures shown on Expedia. It is rated 3 star !! Problems Faced: hotel had a cab service but cab person charges high. (hotel shuld not promote such fake cab service) No proper Breakfast (only Tea , Idli with Puri - Uttappa and bread butter jam --- THATS IT!! ) Rooms are spacious but Washrooms were VERY VERY DIRTY . BED with POOR Mattress ( u can sink in it) , No covering on pillows, bed sheet pale yellow, Duet smelled with spots on it!! Main AC socket hanging from ceiling (very risky can cause fire) i rate 2/5 stars - SORRY"

"Hi I am Naman, I had successfully planned and completed my Dakshin/South Yatra/Journey 2 Flights, 3 Fab Hotels, 3 Trains, 3 Metros and 2 Buses. 4 Cities: Chennai, Tirupati, Puducherry amd Hyderabad So, Hyderabad was the climax of my trip and I had enjoyed it very well. Benefits Experienced: newspaper before wake-up, online food delivery allowed, provides free of cost plates, centralized A.C in Room temperature adjustable, specially the fab person had provided me early check-in (always as per availability please don't take advantage of the any of the hotel). I was in hotel for short time, but it was comfortable."

"All foreigners avoid this particular hotel at all costs !!! (The other hotels in the chain seem better) If i could put a zero rating I would have. Extremely rude, aggressive and xenophobic receptionist kicking us out upon our arrival, even though we had made a booking pre-paid. He kept on saying he doesn't serve "foreigners" and refusing to help us out. We managed to get the Fabhotel chain customer service number from him while avoiding a fight. The customer service on the other hand were extremely helpful and found an other hotel. Word of advice Fabhotel chain get this person out of your team."

"Um still at Hotel alongwith my Family I feel at Home. We are staying for some more days in Hyderabad but unfortunate part about our visit z that we have to check out from the Hotel as our booking z expiring on 14 th Jan. My Hubby tried his best to extend booking here but the Property is Sold Out very sad on our part. I wish some miracle happens and we can stay for some more days in the same Hotel. My whole Family z enjoying stay here. We all have decided next time Fab Deccan Heritage only. Located at Prime location one can easily roam around."

"rooms are not up to the mark , Furniture are not in good condition , bathroom fixtures are old and not cleaned properly ,property is not maintained, mattress is not comfortable , I never expected that fab hotels provide approval for such a junk property.AC remote was not working I am not able to reduce or increase the temperature of AC. WC sheet is broken. I dont understand on what basis you have registered such property .this will be my last booking with Fab hotels."

"The area where breakfast is served is to small to accommodate more than 10 people at the same time ..plastic spoons and plastic cups for water ..ceramic cups for tea was broken .. guest . Fab hotel should improve the customer experience . "I had booked this hotel on trivago. I had a horrible experience in this hotel. No hygiene.Toilets were dirty.No tissue paper in toilets.Bathroom fittings are rusted,no hooks to hang clothes.Food was bad.Infact my mom had infection and fever and I had to take her to hospital. The staff was not good. Overall maintainance of the hotel is too bad. Please dont go to this hotel."

"Fabhotel need to correct their selction criteria of hotels and the people associated with them. Booking.com is also the one who can improve the service and selection standards.
