Rooms were clean and spacious, washrooms are also very clean, staff behaviour is good. I will definitely suggest to stay here

Room is spacious and good Maintenance and also good service... But only one problem That is I Booked through online.. In online Check in time is 12.00 PM, This is not Convince for guests.. Because... Journey late or flight or bus or train late ...So many reasons are there.. We are joined in hotel by 8.30 pm at evening hours...I am requesting your staff...But no chance to given 24 hours staying in room... We are checked out 11.00Am on 13 th April 2025... I am Losing 9 hours. So I request to Hotel management, Please change Fab hotel Rules for Check in time for online booking system Thankyou

I demand a full refund for my stay due to extremely poor and unethical service. No hot water; I had to bathe in freezing water for 2 days and fell sick with fever on 26/01/26. Dirty beds, no Wi-Fi, AC/fan issues, and staff argued instead of helping. Loud adult noises made it impossible to rest; this hotel is not at all suitable for families. Staff were rude, dishonest, and the hotel is tied up with OYO, which is disappointing. This stay caused stress, illness, and a ruined trip. I insist on a full refund.

Worst hotel in Hyderabad We have booked through fab hotels. Before booking they will promise you about all the facilities. PROS 1. Location near highway 2. Good Restaurants are nearby CONS 1. No services, literally. We have to beg for each and every services. If we need paste , brush, water etc we need to ask multiple times, then only will provide 2. They promise about breakfast. It is the worst breakfast, that too they order from local cheap dhaba. They will give break fast after 10 am. Tea is extra. We need to pay extra 50rs for 2 tea. Many people in the hotel are shouting and fighting with them 3. The whole hotel has only 2 AC remote and 1 kettle. If we are lucky, we may get AC remote and kettle after requesting multiple times 4. There are always noise in the night by the room boys wandering here and there. Room boys even knocking the door during midnight for silly reasons. Never book fab hotels.

I had a bad experience with this hotel. The room smelled strongly of humidity and mold, there were 20+ cockroaches in the room, the bathroom needed maintenance and the reception barely spoke three words of English. I booked for breakfast too, and in the four days I was there, I only had 1 day of breakfast. It happens that they charge 200 ruppees for a breakfast they collect somewhere in the street for less than a 100 ruppees, and they make you wait for 1h. The customer help line promises to call you back but they do not. An experience I do not want to repeat again. They also ask for your booking id at the checkout and then they write a very good review on your behalf. Dishonest, to say the least.
