Unhygienic rooms at FAB HOTEL PISHORI INDORE which have many cockroaches. Rats are found in their restaurant too! Staff claimed that even after pest control they aren’t able to solve the issue. Mintu who is the booking manager is not truthful nor supportive to the guests.

I booked a hotel through MakeMyTrip, but when I arrived, the hotel owner told me that they had no booking in my name and that the property was actually under construction, so they couldn’t provide me a room. I immediately contacted Fab Hotels customer care, but they said they couldn’t help and asked me to call MakeMyTrip. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they tried reaching the hotel, but the owner refused to answer or speak to them. After making me wait for almost 2 hours, MakeMyTrip finally issued a refund. This was extremely inconvenient as I had traveled a long distance with my parents, only to be left stranded. To make matters worse, the hotel owner later said he had a “big room” available for my family but demanded a much higher price. This clearly shows that the hotel was running a scam.

One of the worst rooms and owner I have seen till date. Rooms don’t have proper functioning taps, Elevator not working so we have to climb 3 floors after that they mentioned that they will provide hot water, breakfast free and mini refrigerator but the real story is mini refrigerator was not working hot water is not given and also kitchen is permanently closed so owner is said that we don’t give that types of amenities and owner was so rude like we have feelings to slap him. While my frds were complaining this , owner said don’t dare to talk me like this and this is my tone, and also tv is not working as well. So please be aware while booking this property

Very very bad experience with his hotel kindly avoid to stay. -elevator not working in hotel - hot water not available at bathroom - TV not working in the room - AC remot provide 11.30 pm and checkin approx 7.30pm - Have booked with Breck fast but kitchen not available and breakfast not provided at hotel. -Very rudely behaviour of hotel owner.

The most pathetic experience to even visit this place for a second. The receptionist cum self acclaimed manager cum bouncer of the hotel Mr. Akshay thinks he is some Khalifa who can misbehave with the guests anytym they r arriving as he thinks that rajnandini residency is the last option on earth in Indore to stay , he doesn't have manner to talk, takes the advantage of people in requirement of room at 11th hour, judges them with their appearance n starts messing up in a dominating tone as he thinks the individual arrived cannot pay for his pathetic hotel rooms and the rooms in the hotel's r not even worth to be paid for the amount asked . Still I will thank him that he messed n I decided to leave the hotel premises at 12 in the midnight wid two younger siblings , moved to jardin hotel, paid the worthy amount n stayed in a luxurious room with all the decent suitable facilities with the amazing staff behaviour.. never going to recommend fab hotel tie ups for stay as the team of fab n the team of hotels have no mutual understanding and the clients get suffered.. fab hotels instead of apologising to guests on their reviews should check their own standard and execute improvement in their facilities rather than saying sorry on the review n keeping on to forge other guests in the future.

Worst hotel ever come across..they did not mention anything about not getting the refund back when I booked...after that they tell me I won't get my refund when online nd on my email it's said free cancellation upto a particular date..they want to cheat customers nd not refund the money

Extremely disappointed with FabHotels’ overall service. The biggest issue is their poor coordination and lack of proper communication with the hotels they list. What they promise during booking often doesn’t match what the hotel is actually informed about. This leads to unnecessary confusion, extra charges, and a frustrating experience for customers. The hotel staff often ends up dealing with problems that are clearly caused by FabHotels’ mismanagement, while customers are left feeling helpless. Customer support from FabHotels is slow, unresponsive, and rarely takes ownership of the issue. Would not recommend using FabHotels if you’re expecting a smooth, transparent, and hassle-free stay.
