1 AverageI regret to say that my experience at this hotel was highly disappointing. the room condition was pathetic, with foul smells pervading everywhere. basic amenities such as towels, soap, and even water bottles were absent. the beds and pillows seemed used, and the wifi was non-functional. no mirror in the room. no handwash as well. throughout the night, there was incessant noise from drinking and shouting, making it an uncomfortable stay. i cannot recommend this hotel, especially as it doesn't seem safe for women either.Guddu, 24 Feb

5 FabulousLiterally amazing, the bed is great, the bathroom is fantastic and the service and location are also wonderful. the food is so so great too . i originally booked 2 nights here but quickly upped my stay to 10 days!Dilawar, 2 Oct

5 FabulousVery well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.Mobin, 16 Sep
