1 AverageTerrible experience: avoid this hotel at all costs i booked this hotel for three days through the agoda app, intending to extend my stay for another three days if the facilities were satisfactory. unfortunately, my experience was far from what i had expected. from the moment i arrived, everything was disappointing. the room they initially provided had a broken toilet and leaking taps. when i requested a room change, it took them nearly two hours to accommodate me. the overall atmosphere of the hotel was eerie and uninviting. the entrance lobby was dirty, and the rooms lacked basic amenities and cleanliness. there was a pervasive bad odor, and i had to call multiple times and wait about two hours just to get clean cups and bottled water. despite their promises, the staff never delivered the basic supplies i requested. this was the worst hotel experience i've ever had, and if i could give it zero stars, i would. i strongly advise against booking this hotel.Dhruva Jha, 1 Jul

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 14 Dec

4 Very GoodThe room was always absolutely clean, and the housekeeping staff was always smiling and always kind when coming to my room. staff at the reception was kind and really helpful. they were able to solve all our problems, from ordering a pizza until booking airplane tickets. the hotel also offer a good service in its travel desk.Sadab Urf Golu, 15 Feb

5 FabulousRooms were a good size and nicely furnished. it was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. the bed was excellent quality, i slept well the whole trip. also as a solo female traveler, i felt very safe and comfortable.Balraj, 9 Apr
