The hotel is very nice, the staff is very helpful, the staff at the reception is very good and the rooms are very beautiful and the hotel is very safe, you must stay at the hotel fly view.

Best hotel ever, the staff is so good, cooperative and humble. The service was really nice, they provided us with their own bikes as we couldn't find any scooty or bike in entire jaipur it was sold out. They also dropped us to our bus stop in their own car after our rapido got cancelled. Also the food was delicious. A place to must stay. Best service, we will stay here only whenever we will visit Jaipur.

I recently stayed at The White Moon for 2 days and had a wonderful experience. The service was warm and attentive, making the stay very comfortable. The hotel was spotless, with great attention to cleanliness throughout. The food was delicious and offered good variety, which made dining a pleasure. The location is also excellent, making it convenient to get around and explore. Overall, The White Moon provides a perfect blend of comfort, quality, and service. Booking and payment was done in advance with breakfast for two nights, but when reached hotel, waited for around 45 minutes when arrived, On showing booking id, they said we don't have any booking with this name, tried to convince and recheck still said no room in system, we are sold. after long discussion, they gave one small room with lock and everything broken. Again had to inform them, they took time and gave another room. When told for breakfast they said no kitchen so we don't provide breakfast, again show them id with breakfast but they said we can not provide, finally they didn't provide anything, not even water or tea in breakfast. Asked for breakfast refund but did not give anything. Worst hotel, worst service and worst people. Never book this.

It was one of our worst of the worst place. We walked out and dint even stay there for 30 mins.

Worst hotels to stay does not maintain rooms , No hot water no working AC,no water in washbasin ,all switches are broken...207 room washroom door lock broken room is dirty , shited to room no 106 which is worst than that Ac doesn't work properly, no water in washbasin , switches are broken . TV is not working

If I could give a star rating in negative it would be -5. Room smells foul, bedsheets and bankets are dirty, torn, smelly. Toilets are in worse condition and dirty. Even the room floors are so sticky we never removed our footwear. When we asked for towels they said we don't have clean ones now we will give you next morning at 5. Next mornig we didn't get any towel. they all were sleeping till 7:30am that's when we left. There is nothing like room service, they don't clean rooms they don't provide water, toiletries or anything a hotel provides. We had pre-booked 2 rooms, check-in time is 12noon, they gave us one room at 3 pm and the other at 9pm. If you are in for a torture. I highly recommend this room. Book for someone u want to punish.

It is my first time Booking with the Fab Group of Hotel. When I reached the Property at 04.50 PM the booked room was not ready. After half an hour waiting they allotted room at top floor of the property which was covered by a tin/fiber shade. When I requested for allotment of another room, Was refused saying that there is no vacant room in their property. I was told to take back my booking amount as a refund then I refused saying that there is no solution to my problem. It is VERY HORRIBLE SITUATION for my at 5.40 PM. Then they Shifted me to their other property. In Short I'd say is that when you don't have the room facilities then why take the booking.
