It is a very nice hotel and the rooms are also very clean, the staff is very good, there is hot water in the room and the TV also works, the AC also works well, the food is also good, you can stay in the hotel with your family.

The hotel management didn't give me hotel keys as they have misplaced it. All the time, my belongings was protected by luck only. Second the bed is horrible. It is sort of a love hotel, so someone have really wrecked the bed. Not a good experience at all. The water bottle the gave, also was used before and they filled RO water in it again. Pathetic.

Booking and payment was done in advance with breakfast for two nights, but when reached hotel, waited for around 45 minutes when arrived, On showing booking id, they said we don't have any booking with this name, tried to convince and recheck still said no room in system, we are sold. after long discussion, they gave one small room with lock and everything broken. Again had to inform them, they took time and gave another room. When told for breakfast they said no kitchen so we don't provide breakfast, again show them id with breakfast but they said we can not provide, finally they didn't provide anything, not even water or tea in breakfast. Asked for breakfast refund but did not give anything. Worst hotel, worst service and worst people. Never book this.

Worst hotels to stay does not maintain rooms , No hot water no working AC,no water in washbasin ,all switches are broken...207 room washroom door lock broken room is dirty , shited to room no 106 which is worst than that Ac doesn't work properly, no water in washbasin , switches are broken . If I could give a star rating in negative it would be -5. Room smells foul, bedsheets and bankets are dirty, torn, smelly. Toilets are in worse condition and dirty. Even the room floors are so sticky we never removed our footwear. When we asked for towels they said we don't have clean ones now we will give you next morning at 5. Next mornig we didn't get any towel. they all were sleeping till 7:30am that's when we left. There is nothing like room service, they don't clean rooms they don't provide water, toiletries or anything a hotel provides. We had pre-booked 2 rooms, check-in time is 12noon, they gave us one room at 3 pm and the other at 9pm. If you are in for a torture. I highly recommend this room. Book for someone u want to punish.
