1 AverageVery poor service, as we book 5 rooms with ac , but 2 rooms are not ac and the membars of 2 rooms (near abt 6 peoples), are shifted in remaining 3 rooms on compulsion(मजबूरी में), wht types of service we say very bad service you serve regarding above 2 rooms (3 rooms okay) , we feel their very uncomfortable for 2 rooms , no ac is available, no lock in wash rooms, no water in flush, so we vacant both rooms at night and inform to service provider and he told us he will look out for refund or whatever he help,. plz if possible refund amt for 2 rooms or as per your terms and condition, because we choose you as per your name and fame, but we feel what type of your name is???.Prasanna Muley, 18 Jun

5 FabulousService of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. small gestures such as helping with calling a doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. for example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.Aman Dahiya, 30 Nov
