During my recent trip, I had the pleasure of staying at FABHotel Ambassador and it truly exceeded my expectations in every way. From the efficient and friendly check-in process to the quiet, well-appointed room, everything was designed with the traveler in mind. The room was spotless and equipped with reliable high-speed Wi-Fi. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I got a restful night’s sleep after long days of travel. The staff were professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful, always ready to assist. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting the owner, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their genuine warmth and personal attention made the experience feel more like staying at a trusted friend’s place than a hotel. It’s clear that their passion for hospitality shines through in every detail. Overall Hotel Ambassador is an ideal choice for business and family travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and impeccable service. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit.
Rooms are highly clean and spacious. They need to improve their services. When the claim free breakfast, then it should not be conditional and restricted. Staff members can be more professional.
Rooms are very small compared to the tariff they charge. No windows, showers do not work. Rooms are dirty and suffocating . They provided blankets During summer which was useless. Staffs are not professional.
Overall this trip was okay but Fab hotel you need to watch out your rooms. The room was smelling also bad. There was a dirty towel handed to us and then they provided another one but of no use. NO HAND TOWEL.
Stayed here for a night, and the experience was quite disappointing. The location is poor, it doesn’t even feel like a hotel until you step inside. While the rooms were clean and fairly well maintained, the service left a lot to be desired. The landline didn’t work, and the staff came across as quite unprofessional. To make things worse, we couldn’t sleep properly due to constant noise throughout the night. The guests in the adjacent room were extremely loud-shouting, slamming doors, and creating a ruckus. There was no check or control from the hotel staff on this behavior, which added to the overall unpleasant experience. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for a peaceful and professional stay.
Untidy and dirty room. I got the premium one. Stained pillow covers and bedsheets. The bedsheet was full of hair when I entered. When I called the receptionist, he argued that all the hair are mine. I am almost bald. He replaced the pillow cover and bedsheets. They were more dirty than the previous one. Bedmites to a point it is 3:52 AM and I am contemplating to just get the hell out. Bed is stinking of things that I prefer not to mention but I hope the stain photos gives everyone an idea. The only good thing is the proximity to Sukhna lake. There is constant car noise from the window (Room 104). Cockroach in the toilet Save your money and stay somewhere else.
It was vry bad experience in this hotel i will never come again in this hotel
Worst. I had not even able to live. I left the hotel and they ask us more money . Worst worst worst never gonna book fab again. I had not even live there but still they are by their self check in and check out.
I had booked 2 deluxe rooms in Goibibo. Both main door handles were broken! When I asked for the tv remote they gave me 1 remote for both rooms and asked us to use the batteries from the ac remote. The receptionist had so much attitude for some reason! The app mentioned 10% discount for ala carte for a single meal, but during the check out they denied. And the complementary breakfast also had so many restrictions I had ordered a bread omlette and some toasted bread they said only 3 slices will be given since I ordered bread omlette. The entire hotel reeked of some punget smell even in elevator. The locality was not impressive as well no cabs were easily available. Overall the experience was completely unpleasant and the constant power outage was an added discomfort! Please go for some other hotels. This one's definitely a good option!
Worst room worst washrooms everything is dirty
