I had the pleasure of staying at Via Jayshree for 7 nights, I had three rooms there and it was truly an outstanding experience. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was exceptional. The entire staff was extremely courteous, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and very comfortable, making my stay even more relaxing. The overall ambiance of the property was warm and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay. Definitely a 10/10 experience! ⭐

Amazing hotel first time I have got very clean and tidy room perfect location and to be honest it's budget friendly and I can say very good for couples and solo traveller. Staff very friendly and professional yes property has few damage with regards to maintanence but you will get fresh clean bed sheet and towels. And good thing is very close to phionex mall just 10 min walks. Once again Thank you Team.

There was a room tariff issue during check in where I booked at fabhotels at a different price and the receptionist told me to pay extra because fabhotel confirmed booking at a very lower price. But I contacted fabhotel's customer care and they resolved the issue without I paying any extra money. Other than this, the overall experience was good at this price point

Everything was just perfect except mosquitos. Lots of mosquitos which made the night hell. I will suggest to carry a Odomos cream. Too much of mosquitos.

Room was very small (around 80 sqft). Breakfast was included but not provided saying Eid is not a valid excuse. Water pressure in the toilet was extremely low, and the exhaust fan was very noisy. No window is acceptable, but ventilation was still poor.

This was honestly the worst stay I have ever experienced. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell, and for just two hours of early check in they charged us for a full extra day, which we paid because we had no option. The room they gave us was in terrible condition. The furniture was broken, everything was dusty, and there were cockroaches, even inside the pillow. We immediately complained. The caretaker came to see the room and, after looking at everything, told us that the solution was to switch off the lights at night so the cockroaches would not come out. That was the only advice he gave. There was no proper cleaning, no apology, and no effort to fix the problem. When we asked to change the room, they refused at first. After making multiple complaints through MMT, they finally agreed to shift us. Unfortunately, the second room was no better. It was just as dirty and had the same cockroach issue. We had booked this hotel for four days, but staying there even for one night felt impossible. Since no real solution was provided, we had no choice but to leave the hotel immediately. They did not refund us for the remaining three days and were rude and uncooperative during checkout. This hotel shows no concern for cleanliness or basic hospitality. I would strongly advise others not to stay here unless they are prepared to deal with unhygienic rooms and very poor service.

Beware this hotel is like a lodge ....they cheat with guest actually.in the room fungus in bed back side wet plywood . insect in rooms . washroom washbasin leakage water down .they give 1 mineral water...even 3 person stay in triple bed room .foolish management don't know how to run hotel .they going downfall of they behaviour like this with guest .even we booked and paid already advance amount 2500 before 15 days .they denied to stay first .says you have to shifted in another hotel .rubbish culprit people..don't stay there never .don't have any humanity .worst experience in bkc this place .never back in this hotel in future .they are denied for card payment in this digital world .only cash payment accepted.dont waste your valuable money to stay here .alert plz all the kind and genuine peoples .

Pathetic & Horrible experience The rooms shown in images is completely different and misleading.. No doors cupboards Full of cockroach No proper service and worst maintenance.. I dont call it even a hotel or staycation. Hope this will help someone to not get trapped..

Extremely disappointing stay. The entire property had a strong, unpleasant smell from the moment I entered. The washrooms were dirty and poorly maintained, and there was visible fungus on the ceiling, which is completely unacceptable. The overall hygiene standards were very low. The place did not feel well-managed and lacked basic cleanliness. The staff behavior was unprofessional, and the environment felt more like a low-budget lodge than a proper hotel. Would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Shouldnt post fake pictures on the website!! The place was not at all what you show on your website. Youre doing fraud with the customers. I will never again book from Fabhotels! Shitty experience!!
