The hotel is not good at all. hotel is not maintained at all. rooms are dirty, bedsheets, covers are dirty. regular room cleaning service is not provided unless and until guest insists for it. in additio , they are forcing its guests to pay in cash in the hotel. yo our utter surprise, our booked room was allotted to a couple for 2hours or few hours, when we asked for clarification, they said room cleaning service is going on. but ehen i knocked the door, one guy half opened the room and mentioned that they have booked the room for few hours.

Excellent service provided by the hotel staff. especially the staff from 24/7 where we had our lunch & dinner we had excellent food with an excellent service. me and family really liked the hotel, the rooms were well maintained with comfy beds. will recommend my friends to stay here if they are visiting jaipur.
