The room was impressively clean and well-maintained, with fresh linens and a spotless bathroom. It was moderately sized—not huge, but comfortable enough for two people. The bed was very cozy with soft pillows and a firm mattress, perfect for a good night's sleep. Amenities included a flat-screen TV, minibar, coffee maker, safe, and reliable Wi-Fi. The air conditioning worked well, and the lighting was soft and relaxing. Overall, it felt like a calm and comfortable space to unwind.

The hotel is beautifully located on the main street. Rooms are super clean and staff is very well behaved. The hotel is absolutely worth staying.

The staff took extra efforts for everything

The location and the hotel was good. But the service needs lots of development. Any food ordered was delivered after more than 30 mins. This experience is not only with me but also with other occupants which they were sharing at reception. 1.The geyser did not work- The reception person shamelessly said yes we had received this complaint but what can we do. 2.Intercom was not working 3.The AC temperature was stagnant and could not be altered. 4.Every single bottle of water was chargable But yes, I appreciate the food quality which was really tasty.

Review of FabHotel Accommodation Experience The hotel accommodation was extremely poor. The room provided was very small, leaving no space for movement. Despite being assured that a king-sized bed with an extra mattress would be available for three people, the bed was much smaller than expected, and no extra mattress was provided. Additionally, basic amenities such as toothpaste, a toothbrush, and soap—commonly provided even by budget hotels—were not available. The bathroom was unhygienic, emitting a foul smell, which made the stay highly uncomfortable. I contacted FabHotel two days before check-in to inform them about my late arrival (scheduled check-in at 11 AM, but my train was reaching at 11 PM). I requested arrangements in advance, but no proper preparation was made. The room allotted was just 10 meters from a highway, leading to excessive noise from heavy vehicles throughout the night. Despite raising complaints, the only solution offered was providing a separate room for one person to sleep in peace. Moreover, the hotel’s landline was not working, making it impossible to contact room service. The food quality was good, but it was overpriced. A 1-liter water bottle was being sold for ₹30, whereas a 2-liter Bisleri bottle was available for ₹20 just outside the hotel. Upon contacting MakeMyTrip, they justified the noise issue by stating that the hotel is located near a bus stand. However, I later discovered that the bus stand had been shifted elsewhere, meaning the noise was primarily from trucks and other vehicles. This misleading information significantly impacted my stay. Despite all these issues, the reception staff and the person delivering food were polite and well-mannered. Additionally, I found the people of Patna to be extremely courteous and respectful. If you are looking for overpriced food with poor accommodation and constant traffic noise throughout the night, you may consider this hotel. Otherwise, I strongly advise against booking this property. Additionally, MakeMyTrip’s customer service was highly disappointing, and due to this experience, I am planning to delete my account and app. I am not promoting Goibibo or any other platform, but since I had booked through Goibibo before, I found their services better. However, I strongly recommend using any other app except MakeMyTrip, as it was the worst booking experience I have ever had.

1.Throghout the night after power cut AC didn't work and in the morning when I asked at reception, he said 2.Hotel a new new person has joined and forgot to give AC connection with power bqck up. receptionist has taken the phone from.my hand for giving high rating without my consent

Pathetic service..I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in advance and paid amount partly. I have to checked in around 10 in the night with my family..But this guy at fab nand hotel said he called me and has only 1 room left. He said I called and you don’t respond so I filled it. He give me 1 tiny room with 1 bed extra and somehow I managed with 4 people in single room. He was trying to fool me with free breakfast and 1 extra bed and charging for whole duration. After my resistance, he said Boss asked to give discount of 500. I have paid more than what I stay and these people especially guy with big tilak on forehead is a fraud. Very slow service and room are tiny. Bathroom not cleaned with water leakage all round. No track of complimentary service to offer and you have to keep remind them. Please avoid stay at fab hotel NAND ..1 star

This is a NO GO hotel. Basics of cleanliness is missing for exampke broken window panes in rooms, non functioning locks of windows, filthy and dirty bed sheets , pillows and duvets. However the most disappointing aspect was the CHALTA HAI attitude of the staff to quote an incident when i informed the staff about the window not closing fully and inviting mosquitos i was told nothinh can be done and mosquitoes wont be there despite stating my discomfort. The ACs dont have a remote to adjust the temperature which was again a blunder. In short pathetic service and very disappointing stay

Worst experience , they have changed one of our room ,while we have clearly instructed to not to clean/ Operate our room in our absence, hence they did. Also according to them they pretended that there was some technical issue in the room but they have allotted the same to another guest. Mattress quality is worst , cleaning is too bad.i don't know from when the have allotted the room to anyone.dust was there.Open wire geyser, earthing etc.there were plenty of issues. Also when we have intimated 10 minutes before and cleared out bills , then why they have put us on hold while checking out. This hotel doesn't belong to be listed in Fab hotels, unless they have downgraded their standards.
