It's good, the location is okay, the rooms are good for this money, budget friendly stay, The food is okay but it is brought very slowly, The staff is well behaved. Good hotel in all aspects. Budget friendly hotel.

The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all necessary amenities. The receptionist was exceptionally welcoming, and the staff overall were courteous and helpful. However, the bathroom was relatively small and featured outdated taps and shower fixtures that did not function properly.

Rooms are just okay and somehow manageable, but the washroom was not clean at all. Hygiene was a major concern during my stay. Expected better maintenance. Giving 2 stars for the room, but overall not a satisfying experience

Horific & pathetic experience. Not safe for family or female solo traveller. Location is ok but it is situated in a Rajendra Ram Society 5th floor. It is a 5 BHK flat which modify as Hotel. Rooms and Bathroom are not clean. Leakages from shower and water tap. Toilet not clean. Furniture in damage condition. Smells coming from room. No basic facilities available.

The worst hotel in Patna . I don't know why this hotel is part of fab . The worst of worsts , please don't go there if anyone planning for this .I will not explain the things because there is nothing good, everything is in bad condition. Sooo just ignore this fucking hotel

The hotel provider block my before I entered the hotel. I told him I will arrive late night and I had already paid in advance and the gate was locked and the owner had blocked me before so he was not taking my phone also.The room was also dirty and the bed sheet and blankets were unwashed…the bathroom tap was leaked and the bathroom was also very. NEVER GO TO THIS HOTEL IT IS A WASTE OF TIME,MONEY AND COMFORT.

Extremely disappointed with my stay at FabHotel Nand. The service was very poor and the room quality was far below expectations. The cleanliness was not maintained, basic amenities were either missing or non-functional, and the staff response was unprofessional and slow. This was definitely not worth the price I paid. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable or hassle-free stay.

*Defaming the brand FabHotel* Its a SCAM!! Horrible Stay – Not Safe for anyone! They have board in other building but will offer stay in another. We had a terrible experience at this hotel and would not recommend it to anyone, especially solo female travelers. Here are the key issues we faced: 1.Not Safe for Women: We felt extremely unsafe the moment we entered. There was just one staff in the whole 5th floor but no security. 2. Deserted Floor: we were the only occupant on the entire 5th floor until 11:30 PM, when a couple arrived with no luggage under suspicious circumstances. 3. Dirty Bathroom: The bathroom was in an unhygienic state – stains everywhere, unclean fixtures, and a foul odor. Dirty than the railway station. 4. Unclean Rooms: The room was dusty, bedsheets were stained, and clearly had not been cleaned properly before my check-in. Seems like it has not been wsahed since ages and folds seemed some1 has slepe. 5. Broken Furniture: Most of the furniture in the room was damaged – broken chairs, wobbly table, and a dysfunctional wardrobe. 6. Poor Hygiene Standards: The overall maintenance and hygiene of the room were extremely poor. Uncomfortable Stay: Even though it was 100 % non refundable and mid night but we were sure we are exiting from this horrible palce. **Avoid this hotel at all costs. My stay was stressful and unpleasant. It’s absolutely not worth the risk, especially for women traveling alone.**

This is the worst hotel in all over Patna or I would definitely say its the worst hotel in India, where you can't stay with your family and friends as they allow the customers for some hours by taking extra money for doing unethical practices, I think all of you can understand that this type of place is not recommended for anyone, again the staff is too much lazy and you will be charged for breakfast and after lot of arguments they provide you only with bread and butter and not even water, for proof I had complained 3-4 times into FabHotel customer care number and one time I had bound to call the police from local police station as my guest were staying outside the hotel late at night and the staff was sleeping with keeping his phone silent and the owner or manager was so ruthless that he just gave me sweet note of his identity that do call SP of Patna i don't care, so it's all upto you guys whether you want to leave in this type of 1947 branded hotel where you can also get a free electric current from the bathroom and no working charging socket, by spending 1800 bucks per night as I had paid more than 17000 plus taxes for 4 nights with breakfast.....

Pathetic service..I have booked 2 rooms for 2 nights in advance and paid amount partly. I have to checked in around 10 in the night with my family..But this guy at fab nand hotel said he called me and has only 1 room left. He said I called and you don’t respond so I filled it. He give me 1 tiny room with 1 bed extra and somehow I managed with 4 people in single room. He was trying to fool me with free breakfast and 1 extra bed and charging for whole duration. After my resistance, he said Boss asked to give discount of 500. I have paid more than what I stay and these people especially guy with big tilak on forehead is a fraud. Very slow service and room are tiny. Bathroom not cleaned with water leakage all round. No track of complimentary service to offer and you have to keep remind them. Please avoid stay at fab hotel NAND ..1 star
