Really good hotel, I look forward to staying here . The staff are the best feature, genuinely helpful and kind. It is always a good sign to see the same staff members when you return to a hotel. Rooms are spacious and good value for money.
Good size room. Breakfast was really good and had good quality and variety. Staff is very helpful and attentive and precise with the information provided.
Good budget friendly hotel. Small rooms but comfortable for sleeping. Good hot water supply.
Room achha hai but no almirah staff behavior achha and helpful hai.
Most of the amenities listed are absent. The hotel description is misleading. Everything is very basic, unlike what is described in the site.
This hotel is situated near the DLW Petrol pump, by the main road at Varanasi. The rooms are moderately spacious with only the basic amenities. The service level is very poor at this hotel. They don't have a lift so we had to lift our luggage ourselves. They don't have any pantry or restaurant, but they have still accepted breakfast booking and served us cheap roadside foods in the morning in the name of breakfast. They don't provide water bottles as well. During our stay, surprisingly, they have started some maintenance work during the night time causing huge noises and have only ceased doing so after repeated requests, dialogues and heated arguments which were completely unacceptable and unwanted. They need to seriously work on the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire premises and of course train the attendants and the workers to treat customers properly.
First of all if anyone wants to book this hotel do not pay a single rupee in advanced first you can visit the property then pay if you want also the reception man switched off the lift every time if i have to go to my room ill have to tell the for switch on the lift also they will on the lift only two times afterthat they said sorry sir there is no electricity so lift is not in functioning. They are not behaving like professionally looks like they running a dharamshala there is no maintenance. I have stay for two days because I’ll payed in advanced and when i visit the room and tell them for cleaning for multiple times still they cannot clean my room for once. I highly recommend DO NOT BOOKED this property before visit.
Worst hotel experience ever. Not recommended to anyone. How are they even allowed to offer such pathetic rooms. Water is constantly dripping from the ceiling, there is a tile missing from the washroom ceiling, the wood from bed stand is broken, no intercom for communicating with the reception. The wifi was so terrible that it was not even showing on the available connections let alone the slow speed. After complaing I was being informed that Wifi is only available in rooms at the ground floor, near the reception. Also while booking I was assured that the hotel has been informed of my late check-out and I also paid Rs. 520 for it, but the guy at reception told me that no such information is given to them and that no rooms are available for late check-out. Therefore, we had to keep our suitcases near the staircase for the remaining day.
One of my worst experience..the hotel was terrible small room size, no tv broken almirah, broken door noob, broken bathroom fixtures. The bedding were not cleaned, it was dirty and filthy. The lifts were not operational in the morning dont know for what reasons. I had a booking for 3 nights but i checked out after day 1 but i wasnt checked out. They are just want money from the guest but no service. Post checkout i got a call from hotel that i have stollen a cell phone from reception. They tried to impersonate as Police office and tried to call me back to hotel. I had visited the local police station and informed them about it. They worst place to be in Varanasi. Would recommend not to visit this place
