There is no option of minus rating bcz hotel staff behaviour is rude with there customer, dirty room ,insects, cockroaches, leak bathroom taps ,dirty bed sheet and cover is the symbol of hotel kitchen is unhygienic there is no proper system of maintenance of management, owner have to take necessary action on such type of arrogant staff of hotel who are marking a bad picture of hotel in peoples mind.if owner is reading this msg kindly contact me so that i can tell you in brief.
