It was a good and pleasant stay and the staff were also very well mannered

The room was good & well maintained. Astonished seeing the wash room. Friendly & supportive receptionist! Booking experience was great with Fabexpress, as I received a discount on call booking!

Near Tambaram By-Pass at Mugapair, so easily located. Good complimentary breakfast and Tea/Coffee. Good room service & wifi available.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

The rooms are tidy and clean, with the bathrooms being particularly well-maintained. However, the service could be improved. One drawback is the lack of ample parking space, requiring guests to park on the roadside.

The correct AC remote was not available because of that I could not control the temperature. Room was small and the tariff is high for that size of the room. I couldn't watch IPL match as the same was not available because it was not subscribed. Atleast mineral water bottles should have been provided. Fan regulator broken and couldn't adjust the speed. Overall unsatisfied.

We had booked a couple of rooms for a marriage function, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. There was no proper water supply, which caused a lot of inconvenience for all the guests. Such basic facilities were not managed, leaving us extremely disappointed. Definitely not recommended for staying during important occasion.

Worst, AC unit water is dropping on your head while sleeping. No waters in bath room, none of the bath room fitting are good, , water quality is even worst enclosed image refer that.

breakfast in idly some smell is coming. by mistake I forgot my one Addidas tshirt in this property.same day I spoke to their coustomer Care and he gave me property no I spoke to one of their representative he said me that tshirt is there I said me with in 3 days I will come and take the tshirt. now once I reached their to take my tshirt they are give some excuse and used it put some red colour on that make it wet . I don't know if they don't want to give they told me that days only. they are telling nothing will happen u do what ever you want it's ur problem

Definitely wont recommend this stay we came nearly 5 times to book with on cash but the staffs advied to book before one month but when the date arrived all the rooms were booked and the staffs were not responding correctly and didn’t give replacement and were talking with themselves , will never recommend this place to anyone
