Food could be improved , rest all was good

I recently stayed at Fab Hotel Rivlet and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. The staff were courteous and very helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, offering a comfortable environment to relax in after a long day. However, there were a couple of issues during my stay. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi was unreliable and frequently disconnected, making it difficult to work or stream anything online. Additionally, the geyser in the bathroom was not functioning properly, which made it challenging to get hot water for showers, especially in the cooler mornings. Despite these inconveniences, the overall experience was good, and I would consider staying here again if these issues were addressed.

The staff behaviour and attitude is very courteous and customer friendly . They went out of their way to arrange early breakfast. However there are two areas of improvement . The breakfast spread should be expanded . Both veg and non-veg options should be offered; not either/or. Secondly amenities like tea/coffee sachets, drinking water bottles , towels should be provided by default and not on demand. Otherwise for its price and location this is an excellent choice and real value for money. If I visit Gurugram again for a short stay, I would definitely come here.

The location is good, except there are no nearby places to eat. The stay was okay. The rooms had all the facilities, but the bathroom was not very clean. The towels provided seemed dirty, but I don't use hotel towels anyway. I noticed small cockroaches in and around the room and bathroom. Overall, it was not very clean. One major flaw I suffered from is that there was no network in the rooms. Airtel is not available inside the room. The internet won't work. Jio signals are also weak, but still no internet. Worst ❌❌❌ hotel experience ever. Just because I booked the room online through FabHotel and called using the FabHotel number, the staff was extremely rude from the start. They demanded extra money for early check-in; otherwise, they asked me to sit outside for 2 hours. Shockingly, the staff even asked me to lie if anyone asked whether I was staying at their hotel. This is completely unethical and unacceptable behavior. When I finally got the room, it was in terrible condition—messy, walls torn, and water spilled everywhere. The room looked nothing like the photos shown online. Basic cleanliness and maintenance were clearly ignored. This hotel has zero professionalism and only focuses on extracting more money from guests. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this place.

Had the worst experience of my life here. Only book this place if you are short on time and hsve absolutely run out of all options and don't have the time to search either. Don't even bother looking at the pictures posted here because they must be really old. I come back from office at 9pm and the whole room is infested with cockroaches, the couch looks like it has never in its life been cleaned, the curtains are torn and the road infront. Is always waterlogged! Everything was broken, the socket, the geyser and even the walls. Absolutely my WORST STAY. Never make the full payment before checking the condition. The receptionst was especially rude. The staff were nice but the receptionist. Geez.

1.The place is not what they have shown in the photos 2. Rooms have smelly and disgusting bathrooms. Bedsheets have black stains on them 3. There is no water in the bathrooms. 4. Intercom doesn't work and reception area has bad gutka smell all the time. 5. I stayed here for 2 nights only because it was close to my office, but the experience was disappointing. The room was spacious but dirty, pillows had no covers, and I even spotted a cockroach on the bed at night. The washroom was poorly maintained - broken toilet seat, shower tap came off, and I was given shampoo instead of body wash. Towels were damp with a strange odor (thankfully I carried my own). Even basic amenities like toothpaste required an argument despite me agreeing to pay. Overall, a very uncomfortable stay - I would not recommend this hotel.
