First hotel attendant was good other one was not More cleaning is required bedsheets needs to be more hygienic and clean their own kitchen food was good but during night we asked them for dinner they ordered thali for us that was very bad
Non cooperative and Rude staff, hotel itself present in 3rd grade location ,dirty bedsheets and no ventilation inside rooms . After you checkout they will waste your time by saying review our property, give us 5stars blah blah , literally third class
Toilet seat was cleaned since ages. Even room was not clean, lot of dust accumulated on the walls, tables, room are suffocating, Even the bed sheets were dirty. Only the thing which was good is staff.
I had a terrible stay at this hotel. The bedsheets were not clean at all, which made the room feel very unhygienic. The staff was not responsive and did not help even after repeated complaints. The food was the worst — very poor quality and not worth the money. The most shocking part was that there were bedbugs (khatmal) in the bed, which made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Room no. 207 1st floor.
Awful service. They changed the room in between so we had to shift only because they gave the booking for entire floor to someone else. And then the room alotted to us didn’t had a key so we spend half day with no electricity. Not to mention food that we ordered was plain khichdi and it took them 90 minutes to provide that. I wish i could give them zero star.
Linen is not good it stinky damage ufff not up to mark property washroom is not cleaned wc sheet was stinky not cleaning , bucket is to dirty blanket is stinking and damage there is no water for drinking even they don’t know who Room is occupied well once we Checked in they take us on occupied Room which I can say is not safe n secure for guests it’s a worst n worst hotel that I have seen in my life I recommended to every one don’t go to this property ever
I stayed at this hotel two days ago with my family. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly maintained. There is no cleanliness at all, and hygiene standards are very bad. The bedsheets and pillow covers were very dirty. When I asked the staff to change them, they initially refused and only changed them after a heated argument. This is a very bad hotel and I strongly do not recommend staying here. The TV was not working, and the geyser was also not working.
Booked on agoda, showing the location in sector 35A. But actual location is somewhere else. Moreover Wrong contact number given on agoda site. Reached the hotel, shown the confirmed booking. Hotel demanded extra money. And took extra money, I already paid in advance via Google pay through agoda as they mentioned. No water bottle, towel was shredded/ torn. Unpleasant stay.
Poor cleanliness and hygiene Many reviewers reported that the rooms and bathrooms were not clean, with issues such as unhygienic bedsheets and towels, messy bathrooms, and maintenance problems like non-working taps or geysers. Some guests said the bedding felt unclean
I booked a one-night stay at this hotel for my parents, who were in town for a check-up at Fortis Hospital. The experience was absolutely pathetic. My parents reported that the room was extremely smelly and the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan. Worse yet, there were mice throughout the hotel, and they even found mouse droppings in their room. This stay was not even worth 500 rupees, let alone the 1900 I paid. FabHotels is misleading customers with their listings. Because of a medical emergency and my parents being unfamiliar with the city, we were stuck with this horrible experience. I wish I could give a negative rating. Do not stay here—it is easily one of the worst hotels in Mohali."
