I had a fantastic stay at Hotel HC King! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it a comfortable home away from home. One of the standout features of this hotel was the breathtaking view from my room. I could see the city skyline and enjoy picturesque sunsets right from my window. The amenities were top-notch, from the well-equipped fitness center to the delicious on-site restaurant that served a variety of mouthwatering dishes. What truly set Hotel HC King apart, though, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and hassle-free. Ac not working, tv not working , shower not working water not coming properly and baker very dirty m not satisfy. Please refund my amount

I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I booked my stay online at a confirmed price, but after reaching out to them, they demanded more money on top of the amount I had already paid. They even asked me to cancel my online booking and pay directly to them at a higher rate, which is completely unethical and unprofessional. This kind of practice feels like a scam and is extremely unfair to customers who trust the online booking platforms. If a hotel cannot honor the confirmed booking price, they should not list themselves online. I would strongly advise others to be careful before booking here.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. I had already made an online payment through the official Fab Hotels website before arriving, but the receptionist, Parveen Kumar, refused to acknowledge the booking and demanded a higher cash payment instead. This amount was significantly more than what I had paid online, and I have not received any refund for the original transaction. On top of that, the rooms were dirty and poorly maintained, which made the stay even worse. I strongly advise others not to visit this hotel, and I would like to file a formal complaint regarding this unacceptable behavior and service.

Staff behaviour is too bad..! I recently stayed at Hotel HC Mohali Inn for a family trip, and it was a terrible experience. The accessibility was poor, making it hard to reach the hotel. The food was sub-standard, lacking flavor and quality. Additionally, the hotel is poorly connected to nearby attractions, making our stay even more frustrating. I booked online expecting better but left disappointed. I cannot recommend this hotel for leisure stays!

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Do Not Stay Here! I rarely leave reviews, but this hotel stay was beyond unacceptable. From the moment we checked in, we were shocked by the condition of the place. We found cockroaches crawling in both the room and the washroom – completely unhygienic and horrifying. The bedsheets and pillow covers were visibly dirty, with stains and a musty smell that made it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make things worse, the door lock didn’t work properly, making us feel unsafe the entire time. The corridor and room had a weird, foul smell that made us want to leave the moment we walked in. This was not only unpleasant, but downright unsanitary and unsafe. I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management needs to take immediate action to clean and repair the property before accepting any more guests.

I booked rooms for 7(seven) day wef from 24/1/25 to 30/1/25 night by depositing Rs 4,000/- in advance although it was mention in the ad that 'no booking fees will be charged'. In reality this hotel name was not in the locality but I have been offered one hotel with very non-spacious rooms which is not similar with the pictures shown in the ad. I have been offered another hotel named 'Arjun Hotel Diamond' which the Uber, Ola and Taxi Drivers were not known the location. Secondly, the receiptionist cannot speak or understand English and this is a very big problem. At the time of checking out the room rent was served to me and no adjustment for the advanced payment can be done and this is what the receiptionist answer my question about the adjustment of the advance payment-"talk to the company, we cannot do anything from this hotel" he said,oooooh where did the advanced payment fly away? Thirdly, the walls and floor of the rooms which we were occupying for the two nights were so dusty and finally I have decided to shortened my booking period and shifted to another hotel which was clean, cozy,spacious and good service rendered to us. This Hotel was located in the area where there is a place for dumping of domestic wastes which were the feeding point for stray dogs and cows and I WILL NEVER EVER WILL ACCOMODATE AGAIN.

0 Stars – Worst Hotel Experience Ever I paid the full amount in advance and informed the staff early in the morning that I’d be arriving late. When I finally checked in late at night, exhausted, they used that against me—knowing I had no other place to go. Instead of a proper room, they gave me a filthy store room. The bathroom was disgusting, the mattress was uncomfortable, and the bedsheet looked like it hadn’t been washed in weeks. I’ve never felt so cheated and helpless. This is how they treat prepaid guests? It’s disgraceful. I would genuinely recommend sleeping on a footpath rather than booking this hotel—it would be cleaner, safer, and far more dignified. Avoid this place completely if you care about your money, sleep, or hygeine. Before replying to the review what would be expected in 1000 rs, I got that prize because I am a platinum agoda customer,

Rooms are not clean, the AC doesn't work, room service is very slow. Very poor facilities as compared to the charge per night that they take.Rather than relaxing it becomes exhausting. Please never go here. The staff is rude and laughs when you tell them your problems. The bed is unclean and had stains on it. The AC can only work at 29 temperature then what's the point? I also want to point out one more thing, they asked us bill or without bill? Because if you take bill charges will be extra, around 1456 per room, still we agreed because we wanted the bill. They said they would give when we check out but when we checked out they said computer printer not working they cannot give the bill. We forcefully asked them to write it on a random piece of paper and took it.
