One of the best hotels in Chandigarh. Location, food quality, hygiene, amenities and what not. Really enjoyed my stay. We were worried visiting a hotel during these covid times but felt very safe after seeing the safety measures being taken by them. Was very much satisfied with the behaviour of the staff. Very humble and polite.

Why do the bathrooms not have some kind of divider (curtain, glass wall etc) between the bathing area and the rest of the bathroom to prevent or minimise splashing?

The room were not at all similar looking to the phots in the app. Pleade look to all the rooms in the property, only 1-2 rooms should not be well done and others left to be shaddy and dark. The room appeared toh b not at all appealing or in a good shape. Location is brilliant and staff is also very nice. Just need sone renovation if the room. Thankyou.

The environment is ok , and the people are cooperative. 1. The rooms are quite small. 2. Cleanliness could be improved. 3. The ambience didn’t match the photos and fell short of my expectations

The room next to the reception (I don't know if you can call a small desk a reception) was very good. 1. It was dingy with no windows. 2. Drawer handles missing 3. Faucet shower bracket hanging by loose screws. 4. Door paint splattered with other paint. 5. Advertised facilities ( kettle, tea/ coffee sachets, water galsses etc) were woefully missing. 6. No kitchen except for morning b/f.7. Dinner from Sagar Ratna on GF served in paper bag with reception not taking interest to serve in plates. 8. No remote for ac. 9. Only one channel working. 10 Hearing loud voices from other rooms etc etc. 11. They charge for ice!!! The bathroom WC seat broke down when I sat for the mornng shit. Their mechanic was not at hand and I had to manage w/o the seat to sit on. Thank God I did not fall in. Stayed in March 2025. Wonder where was the "absolute Comfort" as the name goes by. How come Fab hotels give its franchise to this unit?

Room was not well managed towels are not in washroom, toilet rolls was not in washroom and WiFi is also not working..! Talking about staff's so they are also not responsive..! I asked for several stuffs like chappals,towels, Wi-Fi but they response at only one stuff very bad service

Too much expensive compared to quality it has. Pathetic rooms, unclean room, no facility as shown in website. No kitchen facilities, fridge not working, geyser not working, even mosquito repellent refiller was denied. Unclean unwashed bedsheets, seems meant for couples on hourly basis. Not advisable for decent family stay. We left room just in 4 hrs and not even offered refund

Had the worst stay ever! The staff was very rude. They did responded even to the basic requests after asking them many times. The room was not as shown in the picture and was very small for triple occupency. Further we booked hotel le monarque and were subsequently shifted to absolute comfort over covid concerns in that hotel(as told by customer care executive) however on enquiry we got to know the hotel is closed since 8 months. Extra matress for triple occupency was provided at 2 am after so many requests. We ordered breakfast at 8 am and told hotel staff previous night that we will have to leave max at 9.15, even that was not provided until 9 am. We asked for towels as well and those were also recieved at 9 and due to this one of us had to leave without bathing.

Verry bad stay at this hotel i call coustomer care but no any respoce at my call I call 10 time from my fab coustomer care but no any responce fab coustomer car e presentive take my call Because i pay full amount before chekin at hotel That's my falt sorry to say to fab coustomer care and the onwer of this fab company ur coustomer is verry poor and were i stay yesterday verry bad and durty and soluthion smelling all at hotel Thanks Gaurav sharma

Worst decision to stay at this absolute fab. All facilities are just opposite to their name. They dont even provide meniral water. I dont understand why one should stay here if u have pay again for the same which u have already paid for. Breakfast was included but there wasnt any breakfast .
