Your staff are excellent and courteous. Rooms are good

Courteous and prompt staff. Everyone was willing to walk that extra mile to make it a memorable experience.

Very friendly staff esp at checkin & restaurant. Could not have been more helpful. Excellent rooms which were very spacious. Great housekeeping. Outstanding in all respects. quiet retreat away from the hustle & Bustle of city.

Air condition needs improvement. Bucket and mug leaks. Although a small thing;it needs attention. Lighting dim and dull. One light keeps blinking. One cot leg is broken. A wooden chip has been placed under that leg. The quality of breakfast not good. At least a hot box must be there to keep idli etc hot. Instead of serving cold breakfast, you can stop it and reduce rent. Swiggy will take care of it.

Think before you book! If you’re traveling with the family, then please don’t book this hotel. But, if you are alone for a day or two stay, then this would do well because of the location. My room was not so properly cleaned before I got it. Washroom was not neatly maintained. Air conditioner was not that great but picked up slowly. There is a TV in every room. There is an elevator so you don’t have to carry your luggages by yourself. But apart from these, no fancy things. Not worth for the price either.

Breakfast/room/cleanliness - nice place to relax after facing the heat. Given that India is not a country you can walk around easily after a day tour, this hotel is recommended to spend a rest of the day!

Booking through Fab Hotels of the Serviced Apartment is a nightmare. I wanted to change the arrival time and get in touch with the Facility. The phone number given is that of a Call Centre. I contacted on 18th July twice and on 19th, SEVEN TIMES and twice even after I landed in Chennai. It was the same on all occasions - the IVR will say for contacting the Reception dial 6, the reply is, "our team will contact you soon" and disconnected. Even after 9 attempts to contact, nobody from Fab Hotel (perhaps an aggregator) ever replied. I had to manage with the Hotel for early arrival after a discussion. And regarding the Tree Service Apartment, rooms are comfortable, easily accessible and a little off the main roads. Service is satisfactory. NO food is available. When the Attendants bring food or coffee, the rates are exorbitant (compared to the Area and nearby Hotels). General maintenance is Average. The whole experience was awful. I can only give TWO Stars. **

Room was stinking

Personnaly I would never recommend Fab hotel ,Chennai. It's not worth the money you spent. The room is in a very poor state. The bathroom door was loose and was about to collapse .There was no knob for fan regulator.Once complaint, they came next day and repaired by taking knob from another room. Occasional current cuts at night was the worst. We stayed for 2 nights and had to suffer current cuts for both the nights. There seems like they have Generator but it was not properly working.

Worst experience the room is not cleaned and the room doesn’t looks as per the photo in the website. The space of room is like bed space you can’t even move round. The booking make to Fab customer care they told that everything is near for a decent hotel you need to walk 1.5 km to reach that’s we can consider as good for health. They doesn’t no where the location of hotel is. I made 2 bookings and I cancel one booking, because the rooms are not hygienic to stay. Not even worth to stay.
