Rooms were a good size and nicely furnished. It was very quiet, barely any noise from outside except for the occasional wedding nearby. The bed was excellent quality, I slept well the whole trip. Also as a solo female traveler, I felt very safe and comfortable.

Every thing is fabulous from the hotel point of view very nice staff and great service but hopeless services from fabs end they are not bothered to check the facts from their end in my case for some reason the hotel kitchen was closed temporary but fab customer service told that it is working and u will have dinner .that to also after checking from their end Next they r not even bothered to check the address of the hotel really irresponsible attitude from fabs end zero stars for them

The toilet /washroom was not cleaned properly We saw stains all over the toilet seat and in the corner of washrooms. Toilet jet spray in room no. 102 was not working properly with force. The Washbasin water tap was not working properly.

Hotel rooms are spacious but hygin not maintained properly, if hotel is kept clean and hygin then it would be very nice place to stay

Worst staff ever ! We reached at hotel around 3.30am and the staff was well asleep nobody to assist us with the room even though we had made pre booking and mentioned that we would be arriving early morning. I was travelling with me sister brother in law and niece, after about 30-45 mins of delay the manager asked for Id and after verification denied the room service because *apparently accordingly to their law two male and a female cannot stay in a single room!* And even after requesting we had to leave at 4 am to find another place to stay ! Worst experience with the hotel staff and Fab hotel do not engage with such pathetic services. Also there were drunk people outside the hotel with there car and the staff was afraid to say anything and just kept licking their feet like a little coward puppy!

I am writing to express my disappointment with the behavior of the staff at your reception counter during my recent visit. We arrived at your hotel around 2:00 AM, hoping for a smooth check-in. However, the manager on duty was extremely arrogant and uncooperative. Despite our polite requests and the apparent availability of rooms, he outright refused to provide us with accommodation. His exact words were: “Main nahi deta, jahan jana hai jao” — a highly unprofessional and disrespectful response. This experience was not only frustrating but also distressing, especially at such a late hour. As paying customers, we expect a basic level of courtesy and service, which was completely lacking in this instance. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure no other guests have to face such treatment in the future.

Hotel we booked in Aurangabad , Heritage Palace is really horrible and most unhygienic hotel I have seen till now. Called many times to the Fab customer care number and no use. 30 min resolution and alternative will be provided they said but no call received.Faced a bad experience with Fab. I will never prefer Fab again and do not refer also.How can u tie up with such dirty hotels. According to your terms it is mentioned all amenities but no cleanliness, no TV working. I need my money back which I paid and with a kid no option staying for today night in this room.We will checkout tomorrow morning.Atleast compensate with my money back for this horrible experience.Attached the photos for proof.If we on AC dirt will come that much dust in AC.

The rooms were different from shown in the pictures.The pillow covers were in very bad condition. There was no basic hygiene like dustbin in the room or bathroom. Mosquitoes were present in the room. Not matching the brand name of fabhotels. Highly disappointed.

The room shown in the pictures was way different than the actual. The pillow covers were old and bad condition. No handwash or basic hygiene like distbin in the room or bathroom. Spotted cockroaches in the bathroom and the room. No full time staff at the reception. As a single woman occupancy I did not feel very safe due to lack of staff and safety latch on the main door. As a Fab Hotel brand, this did not match any standard.

Poor Service. i had booked the one day ago paid booking. While I have been reached at the hotel they told they have extra booking that's why we cannot allot to you room. We will refund the amount. You can check another hotels. Call to customer care also they said the same. You can find out another hotel we will refund your amount. Paid 700 airport pick up & 300 pay extra for Searching another hotel. Too much harrasment, too much unprofessional.
