It is a very good hotel. The staff's behavior is very cooperative. It is very neat and clean and you also get delicious food.

Right from breakfast spread to staff courtesy, big spacious rooms to room service to helping with pick up/ drop arrangements everything perfect. Great place to stay.

Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything.

They need lot of improvement, as we entered the room was not clean and with 5 min they cleaned (wip lash) and bed sheet and blanket was not clean.and as we ordered bread and tea, you can judge by the image that I uploaded.

One of the worst hotel staff and manager I have come across. When I was checking out from the hotel, I did the transaction via google pay and it failed but the money got debited. The hotel staff mentioned sir we have not received any money and please pay via cash, your online money would be returned if it is with us. I paid cash and now it has been more than a month and the manager Rajesh is not ready to return my amount and has even blocked my number. Such a cheap mentality of a person I have never seen who runs such a big hotel.
