Excellent ambience and extremely courteous staff
room service and breakfast was good. Decent variety of food. Staff is responsive and professional.
Can't say if I really felt anything bad. My experience was superb. Awesome food and very quick room service. Everything was too good. Staff was very supportive and cooperative.
Ambience was awsome and yes food was delicious and had a great variety which was really woww for me.
We stayed here to attend marriage in family on 27th Nov 2023 and were impressed with Front desk team who go out of way to extend help. Well maintained rooms and nice spread for breakfast. We certainly would like to stay again during our next trip.

Very clean room, all comfort, excellent breakfast and superb customer*friendly staff, which makes a pleasant stay possible.
Worst experience. No almirah, no water, no food facility.
The receptionist is very rude, we arrived the hotel on time for the check in but she told us that the room is not ready and you’ll get it by 2pm, and when we asked what to do now so she replied very rudely that you can check for the other property or can complain to the customer care.
