Special thanks to the host, who was incredibly kind, accommodating, and genuinely cared about our comfort. Highly recommended for anyone traveling with pets!

I am sorry to inform you about the stay at hotel sumanglam, dehradun,. Relay a surprising and extreme bad experience at hotel. 5 rooms booked by me, and in room no service staff abvl, no water in toilets, broken seats and flush system, no water in hand faucet, no water in wash besen, ac is also not working... etc. etc. Is this type of services will be provided by a such named brand FAB.??? At reception no service person abvl. to solve the issues. He denied and told that room service person will come after 8 am. Till then you have to wait.. no kitchen is abvl. This is good for nothing.... Its better to stay in any dharamshala in spite of feb hotel.. video is attached for your reference.. i will also escalate this to all social media to aware peoples about the services given by THE REPUTED FAB HOTELS...

Both the rooms were not up to the marks as expected as shown in photographs. Other neighbouring hotels providing much better rooms with very less prices. Lift is not working so it was very difficult for my 84 years old father to climb 3rd floor through stairs. The hotel's actual name is completely different than showing on website. So it was very difficult to find the hotel, even with the help of google maps. There is no any signboard. Bathroom drainage was blocked and all drainage water come in the room. Towel not provided. Soap not provided. There was no bath stool in the bathroom. Shower were not working. There were so many mosquitoes in rooms. Staff was not supportive. Very bad experience for us. I would not prefer any fab hotel in future.
