When I booked, booking.com didn't ask for payment and its e-mail said that my booking is confirmed, but the mail that came from Fabhotels said that it was tentative! I called the number in booking.com's confirmation e-mail for clarification. The guy promised to call back in 15 minutes. Never did. On calling again, he said to call Fabhotels and not him. There was only one number is booking.com's e-mail. I had to check the Fabhotels' tentative booking email to find the other number. There they said that I have to make the payment to confirm the booking. How to make the payment? They will send the link in an e-mail. The e-mail never came. I again went back to tentative booking email. Way down in the long e-mail, the payment information field is a link. I make the payment and get confirmed booking. Now - check in. It turns out that there is a gate between me and the property that closes at 11 pm. I call Fabhotels. They ask to call the property. The person at property assures me that he is getting it opened. 15 minutes of waiting in the taxi. Multiple calls. Multiple assurances of the gate opening. Nothing happening. Then the phone is busy. When I finally get hold of someone again on phone, the guy has no idea about the gate or how to open it. I shout at him. He then asks me to come to Paras hospital close by. From there, it's a back-door entry. Not really an entry, just a sort of a gap in the wall from where you can get in. If I hadn't repeatedly called and shouted and if my taxi driver hadn't been calm and cooperative, what exactly was their plan for me? Leave me stranded at the gate? This seems to be a case of an aggregator listing on another aggregator. eˆ‡ The room and bathroom were spacious and clean enough. But what good would it do if you can't enter the hotel?"

"What was good : It was close to where I needed to be during the day. The Manager, Mr. Deepak was very courteous and helpful and did his best to make an otherwise not-so-great stay comfortable. What was bad : From the minute we checked in, there were problems in the basic amenities. No water in the washroom, ACs not working (we had to switch rooms around a few times until the AC started working. We were told that it's coz of the Heat but that's not acceptable), Breakfast was burnt, Limited choice of Breakfast - no buffet, they offer 2 options to pick from, no water kettles or tea/coffee arrangements in the rooms, lift wasn't working when we checked in, the small fridge in each room is non-operational and often kept locked... the list goes on. The only good part was the staff, especially their manager - Mr. Deepak - who despite all of the above issues did his best to fix things and make our stay comfortable. The other staff was courteous as well. The place is falling apart if you ask me. Don't be fooled by the pics of the exterior. It's not that fancy. There's construction going on one side so loads of dust and mud around. No dedicated parking .. There's space but depends if no one else has parked there before."

This was the first and bad experience for me from Booking.com. I wonder how booking.com has validated this in their list and promoting it at the top. If you are looking for an cheapest stay, yes this should be the first option."

"From the moment we checked in till we checked out there were issues in amenities... Like AC not cooling or tripping most night, mini fridge in room not working at all or properly, water pressure in some washrooms, burnt breakfast, no kettles in rooms or basic tea/coffee arrangements... I could go on. This property does have an excellent & courteous manager in Mr. Deepak who tries his best to fix things & make guestsa€™ stay comfortable. But, with a property that is already falling apart, the staff cana€™t do much. Also, dona€™t be fooled by pics of the property front - the reality is therea€™s mud all around with massive construction going on. Also, no dedicated parking. Though there is space to park if you are in luck & no other car is parked. If you want to stay here, youa€™ll pay less for sure (budget property) but please lower your expectations. At best a 2 star guest house (not hotel) with a 4 star Manager."

"The location of the hotel is convenient as it is the building just before the Paras Hospital coming from HUDA Metro Station. Staff is courteous. However, they are lax and don't go beyond the rulebook to make guests welcome or feel comfortable. For example, with 4 hour early check-in, additional fees was charged despite them having the room ready. After the payment, they advised that no receipt would be provided. Given the cold conditions, there was no offer for an extra blanket or heater. Blanket was asked and informed that it will be provided basis availability. There is no room heater as well and with the benefits of being in an open area, there is a drawback of extreme cold air coming through below the doors and windows at night. Water bottles weren't provided everyday but we had to ask for them. While the staff is courteous but this lack of amenities in the cold season is very disturbing."

I asked him, if hew was going to charge me for the early check-in of 2-3 hours before, he DENIED plainly, telling he wont be charging me anything extra. 3.Beautiful lamps on the sides of the bed, glasses cleaned and covered, the linens were also very clean. 4.Food is nice. 5.We would have requested for food anytime and they provided, only thing is thali is not available for 1 person alone, you need to have 2 people. 6. I overall liked the hotel alot, and would recommend it to everyone. It is simply awesome. 7. Yes, i was very afraid, if the bathrooms were clean, but the bathroom was very clean, spacious. I loved it."

"I stayed for a week there and It is a nice hotel but located on a place where you wont find anything outside the hotel to eat or explore. In my case i was not even getting the network in my room. House keeping people only comes to change bed sheets and cleaning floors. They wont change or wash the used glass n ash tray which are kept by default in room. They wont refill the tea ,sugar , milk, coffee pouches on daily basis. They wont even give you daily complimentary water bottles by themselves. All these things you have to ask every single day to bring. During checkout there was security guy was sitting instead of receptionist who dont even know how to swipe a card hence i swiped n endup charged myself lol.."

"These are Great Home which would suit any travelers need within the Delhi/Gurgaon vicinity, whether be as on business or general tourism. The facilities are ideal, the breakfast (included with stay) is very good as is the area designated for this which leads on to adjoining foyer where all the major Indian newspapers are provided. The Wi-fi service is Great, as is the laundry service and room service (food provided 24/7). The staff were incredible ensuring the room is completely serviced with General Cleaning, towels and Water. "Stay at Premium Nest this time around was extraordinarily brilliant. It was my birthday stay which was more warmer than i had otherwise comprehended. Not only was I given the best service but was taken very special care, given the fact i stayed alone for 3 continous nights. Ejaz, Kailash, Himanshu, Ramesh Ji and Vineet cut the cake for me, made sure I am comfortable every step of the way. The rooms were cleaned every day despite being a continous stay, the cleanliness, courtesy and even the interactions (whenever and however) were really really kind and humble. Cannot thank enough for the way I am made feel so valued despite being an ordinary guest for the entire team. Much love!"

"Second time i just booked the hotel through fab hotel. I like the room interior. Bed sheets and blanket were very clean. Specially I liked the washroom, washroom was very clean. If service is good with good room then my heart felt good and we were so tired and wanted to rest and when we reached in room it was so relaxing by seeing cleeniness and hygiene of the room. Staff is very co-operative and professional specially the front office guy whose name Ashutosh. He is so helpful person. All over good experience, keep it up the good work. "This is the second stay of my parents in this hotel. They had some problems in the 1st visit & raised a complaint with MMT & somehow got sorted out. Was assured by the hotel that everything will be okay in the 2nd visit. They are currently staying in the hotel & are having electricity problems. On requesting the hotel manager to address the problem he says you are anyways going to leave the hotel in a day so you can manage without the electricity. The sad part is MMT does not do much when you have such problems in MMT assured hotels."

"What was good : Location is super bad. Uber app does not find it accurately EVER and picks it outside Paras hospital. This is really bad as the hotel is inside a colony . It took a long time for my cab to reach my hotel and I risked missing my flight because of this. Very bad hotel location, very bad breakfast and rooms are unfinished What was bad : Bad location, bad food, not clean, small room, rooms are unfinished- no granite or plywood on respective surfaces"

"Staff is very good and courteous, even the boy who fetch food has denied to accept tips, when I tried to give them. Very good location, easy to find, which is adjacent to Paras Hospital. I hv ordered roti and mix veg, Food quality was good. Breakfast is okay, only two variants were available, aaloo paratha and sandwich. But if you compare the money part it is worth. Rooms are clean, but somewhere it is broken, can be refurbished. Overall very good experience"

"What was good : Food was Good. Service could be better. Days together they don't proactively clear the plates. What was bad : No ownership of service. Even after telling the reception to get the room cleaned while leaving for work, it was not cleaned. Toilets was not hygiene enough. Rooms were not at all clean. Important thing is that I didn't get my BILL yet even after settling the bill while checking out. Not sure a to will I get my bill at all."

"Service of the staff was just exceptional - from the manager to the restaurant staff to the reception, everyone went out of their way to be helpful and attentive. Small gestures such as helping with calling a Doctor, or checking on needs of our children showed a genuine interest from the staff in being helpful. For example, the food had not been prepared as expected and the staff immediately replaced the item with an alternate without anything."

"This is a good hotel to stay in; clean, cheap, good location, a lift to connect floors, fast WiFi, comfortable beds, tea facilities in the room, a terrace outside the room for a beautiful night view. I certainly will come back. Highly recommended. My only problems were the complementary breakfast that had to be served from 8.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m. because then I was out of the hotel and as a foreigner language barrier was a big issue."

"I was given a room in the basement numbered b4. Although the room was worth as per the money paid but as i opened the balcony window, a big mouse had entered our room, a big mouse was really creepy to sleep with in the room. When i asked hotel authorities to either change my room or accomodate me some other place but the hotel denied. And it took them another 2 hours to kill the mouse in the room. I have just this grudge ...."

"Good place to stay for a short visit to Gurugram. Clean rooms, breakfast was also sufficient and fresh, they were very good and provide rest place and bedding for my driver. Thought I did not have my other meals I am sure the kitchen staff would be making good food. As other guests were enjoying their meals. Air conditioning, geysers, cable were all working well."
