This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in (Twamev residency ) dirty room no proper door locks , no telivision, staff was unprofessional. I have booked for two nights and every morning the staff was knocking on our door to know the status not even calling to know the same , even at checkout the receptionist ask for my phone that there will a message from fabhotel and mark 5 on here own . I would have rate this 0 out of 10. Total waste of my money and time .

The stay was terrible and haven't met my expectations. There was an electricity outage for almost 2 to 3 hours. The washroom was dirty and almost soiled linen and when asked to change they said laundry se ese hi aata hai.

Room full of cockroaches and breakfast was terrible don't book.

Very Bad Experience Not Recommended I had a highly disappointing stay at FabHotel Moro, Paschim Vihar. We were given Room No. 203 (2nd Floor), which was in extremely poor condition. The walls had visible water damage, stains, and peeling paint, likely due to leakage or dampness. The room felt unhygienic and poorly maintained. To make things worse, there was a strong smell of alcohol coming from nearby rooms, which seeped into ours. The area was also very noisy, making it impossible to relax or get proper rest. The staff's behavior was unhelpful and indifferent. Despite the obvious condition of the room, they assigned it to uspossibly because we had already made the full payment in advance. No support was offered, nor were we provided with an alternative room. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this property. Poor service, lack of cleanliness, and absolutely no value for money.

I had the worst experience. one of my traumatic experiences here . Please ladies stay away from this hotel . It is not at all safe.they will come to your door when they know you are alone in your room and ask if they can come inside.i am going to file a police complaint. Worst hotel in delhi . Very bad experience as literally we were waiting for 1.5 hrs for tea to come in the room. TV was not working they commited to to change the room later they didn't changed. AC was not throwing cool air. They charged Rs.500 for 2 hrs late check out without providing a GST charge. When I complaint the things the Lady manager said u should tell this things personally and not on the reception. It was really shameful. Worst experience
