FabHotels was my go-to choice until yesterday, but this time I had the worst experience. The room was not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, the AC was working but was damaged with exposed wiring, and the TV had a similar issue. The sofa was also broken and not clean at all. When I requested a room change, they refused and there was no proper response from the staff. Really disappointing experience this time.

Further the manager and owner seems very rude because in my MMT it was clearly mentioned the guaranteed check in before 2 hours from chekinn time but was not allowed by manager and owner.
