About IP Extension, New Delhi

Indraprastha Extension, also known as IP Extension, is a prime residential neighbourhood in East Delhi. Located near Delhi-Uttar Pradesh border, about 32 km from the city centre, the neighbourhood is dotted with multi-storeyed residential complexes, housing societies, banks, educational institutions, multi-specialty hospitals, shopping hubs, restaurants and some of the best hotels in New Delhi.     "While booking on booking.com the hotel name was showing Fab hotel grand olive but actual hotel name is hotel Admire in. After booking immediately I was forced to make part payment and on reaching the hotel staff was forced us to make balance payment. I have paid 12971 to Fab hotel and rest at counter of hotel Admire In. There were pathetic conditions of room and washroom. No clean beds and pillow were smelling lot. My stay was totally terrible. Mosquitos were flying inside the room. My stay was including breakfast, but they said there kitchen starts after 0830 so got late for my office. Very next day they provide 2 small pieces of bread along with tea. In your menu, it is written WHOLESOME BREAKFAST, BUT this is serious cheating in that name. Most important I haven't received INVOICE OF 12971 and amount of room in invoice showing wrong. The towel was dirty hence not used. Very very pathetic experience. Please stop cheating and do some improvements."

    "Every time I book using Fab credits, the amount of Fab credits doesn't reflect in the hotel staff's system. Then I have to waste 15 - 20 mins calling up the Fabhotels customer care to have it reflect in the hotel s system. Next time onwards I will stop booking with Fabhotels if you can't take care of this simple thing. Why should the customer have to call separately again? Can't you take care of it? This is the second time it has happened. Remember customer has lots of choice, and in the hospitality industry customer experience will bring you repeat business. If you are incapable of understanding this simple rule, you don't deserve my business"

    "It was the worst experience ever. We were not allowed to check in because the tariff which we had paid (through booking.com) was low and the staff was asking for extra money! After more than 2 hours we were allowed to check in. The first room that they sent us to didn't have a geyser and the second room, their geyser was not working. The third room didn't have proper doors and just glass sliding doors whose locks were not working properly. Overall it was the worst experience ever and I don't recommend it at all."

    "Rooms photos shown on fab app are different from the actual. By seeing the photos i booked the hotel.The hotel is old and the rooms don't look good. The bathroom was made using some partitio don't, the toilet seat was old, the bathroom heater didn't work on the second day, and I had to get the hot water from a common bathroom. The geyser was almost dead but somehow it worked on the first day."

I even talked to the owner some mrs.sanghi very annoying lady. Staff is very rude and unresponsive.the photos shared on travel websites r all fake and nothing is what they display in them.Not even worth a rs.500 bucks.Then I called up ibibo about the situation and told them to cancel the booking and refund my amount they very promptly did the same .please don't visit this place with ur family as u will be very disappointed sharing some photos ..."

    "It should renamed as FabDharamshala, I opted for breakfast inclusive booking. But no such on time facility was there. Breakfast is available after 10:30 am. :( Too disappointing. I asked for allout as there was too much mosquito in the room, received it after 3-4 calls and 2 hours later. I don't expected too much service in given price. But even basic services was not there. If you want to have breakfast on time like at 8 or 9 am you have to go out because they will not allow you to use swiggy or zomato instead. So its even less than a DHARAMSHALA. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING"

    "A potential place with horrible staff, starting with receptionist she's (Named sweta ) the rudest one i have ever met with and the fun part is she was a receptionist in another hotel named Rasa Arcade and there too she was like this only i stopped visiting that place becauseof her and now this too. She made us wait despite advance notice of early check in at 11 and allotted rooms to other guests who came after us. Room was clean, food was good but toilet seat was broken, flush was not working and water supply was very low. Location too is very hard to find."
