FabHotel Grand Olive
Overall, I had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. It offers a great mix of convenience, space, and essential services, making it a solid choice, especially for short to medium-length trips. Excellent Rooms: The hotel rooms are a major plus—they are good, spacious, and well-maintained. All basic amenities are available, including a full set of toiletries, which is always appreciated. The location is fantastic, situated right in the city center. It's only about 1 kilometer from the nearest metro line, making travel around the city very easy. The availability of a kitchen facility is a huge convenience, and the lift facility made accessing the higher floors effortless. The staff behavior was consistently good—helpful, courteous, and prompt. Secure Parking: Vehicle parking is available right outside the hotel as street-side parking, which is monitored by CCTV, adding a good layer of security. Flexible Payment: They accept both cash and UPI, which is convenient for guests. Wi-Fi Issues: The Wi-Fi is available, but it was unreliable and had a persistent problem with frequent disconnections. This was frustrating when trying to work or stream. Average Food: While the kitchen facility is great, the hotel's food service (quality and taste) was unfortunately average. It was passable but didn't stand out. If you value spacious rooms, a central location, and friendly service, this hotel is a great option. Just be prepared for potential Wi-Fi interruptions and consider dining out for a better culinary experience.

Just recently had booked this hotel via booking.com, please try and avoid here in case you are going by the photos. The photos on the websites are not real, We walked in, they seemed to be operating under a different name Admire Inn or something, just walked out, it looked more like a lodge. Just walked out of from there. Tried talking to the Fabhotels guys to cancel ( though the date was beyond cancellation), never mind they did not refund the money but the way they spoke was extremely rude and disrespectful, clearly not training at all. If you ask me, avoid Fabhotels at all costs, it is a hit or a miss at best!!
FabHotel Pulse Impulse
*Very Disappointing Stay – Not Recommended* I had the worst experience at **FabHotel Pulse Impulse**, located in Maharani Bagh, New Delhi. Nothing was as shown in the photos online — the actual condition of the rooms and facilities was completely different from what was advertised. There was no proper Wi-Fi connectivity during my stay, which made it very inconvenient. Most of the staff members were rude and unhelpful, except for the manager who was the only polite and understanding person there. Communication with the rest of the staff was extremely difficult. Hygiene was a major concern. There were mice running around the property, and one even chewed and damaged my bag. The rooms were not cleaned properly, and even the towels provided were dirty. The hotel is located on the main road, and the traffic noise was at its peak throughout the day and night, which made the stay very uncomfortable and uneasy. Drinking water was not provided complimentary. Instead, they charged ₹30 for a bottle that normally costs ₹20, which felt unreasonable. Even after all the inconvenience and loss we faced due to the poor conditions, the hotel did not offer any concession, compensation, or support, which was very disappointing. Overall, this was a very unpleasant experience, and I would not recommend staying here.
