Toilet experience is very trible.not calend. Hairs and water logging. Rusted sanitary fittings.

There was no car parking before booking app was showing parking is available in hotel and no hot water for bath

Dear Customer Service,I am writing to formally complain about my booking experience at FabHotel Golden Eye Inn Nehru Place Market, New Delhi, for Order ID: 171-9998715-7201954 (Booking ID: NH11191441367000).My booking was confirmed for check-in at 12:00 PM on 5th November, but I arrived at the property at 9:30 AM and was asked to wait for arrangements.Despite sending my IDs and booking details in advance through WhatsApp, I was informed at noon that a hardcopy of my Aadhaar card was mandatory for check-in.This requirement was not communicated earlier; had I known, I could have arranged a hardcopy from a nearby cybercafe. I had the original PDF and DigiLocker government-approved Aadhaar, which is accepted at airports and railway stations, yet the property did not accept it.The reception staff were unresponsive and did not assist during my wait, and my calls to your customer service went unanswered for 15 minutes.Many other guests checked in using digital documents and WhatsApp photos, but my check-in was refused without a hardcopy.After spending three hours waiting, I was told by your agent that refund is only possible if MakeMyTrip approves it.The entire experience was stressful, time-consuming, and disappointing, especially as rooms were not available despite prior online bookings. Offline walk-ins were also being accepted, creating chaos and privacy concerns.Therefore, I request:A full refund for my booking due to denial of check-in and lack of proper communication or support.Necessary action against the property for their irresponsible behavior, inconsistent document acceptance, and poor customer service.Clear guidelines to be provided for future customers regarding acceptable forms of ID (including DigiLocker and PDFs for Aadhaar).I hope you treat my complaint seriously and process my refund promptly. I have booked the hotel but hotel person denied for giving room for 12-14 Oct but the property I booked was not available on top of it the other property given in that room was too small to accommodate 3 persons we have to take one additional room as I have paid Rs 1000 as booking amount which will not returned as per there customer care on 13 Oct also hotel not given the room and my advance amount not return back to me. I request not to book any Fab hotels there hotel agent are Fake and Hotels are very poor category

Staff was not co-operative and when the time we checked-in. They did not have the information of the booking so we had to wait until room prepared

It was a terrible experience with Fab hotels. The hotel denied check in and the property provided was pathetic. Even customer care has not picked the call again

It was a very terrible experience, first of all I got a call from the hotel that the location( Hotel Ashraye) i have chosen was under maintenance so I will be allotted a new location (Hotel Lloyd)which is around 500m away from the original location. But that new location was very very bad the receptionist allowed a room which was not worth a free stay, dirty room, dirty towel, Ac not working properly, when I complained about the room they shifted me in another room which was somehow better than that earlier room but as was still not working properly. Then I called the reception and  told them I would make a complaint then they gave me another huge room but it was still very dirty and ac not working properly. I somehow don't want to argue more so I decided to adjust there. At the time of check out the receptionist was very rude and when I tell them that ac was not working properly he rudely said "it's ok". After paying so much money this is not the treatment I should be getting. I book stays from many platforms like fab, agoda, mmt but this is the first time I am writing a review because i was so much disappointed. I don't know whose fault it is whether its MMT or the hotel, I want strict action who ever is responsible and want a proof that a action has been taken. If not satisfied I will definitely go to consumer court.

Absolutely Horrible Experience I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was an absolute nightmare. The room was filthy and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was dust everywhere, stains on the carpet, and an unbearable musty smell. The bedding looked old and felt damp, and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable with springs poking through. The bathroom was even worse. The shower had mold growing in the corners, and the water pressure was abysmal. The towels provided were thin, worn out, and had suspicious stains on them. To top it all off, the toilet wouldn't flush properly, leading to an embarrassing and unhygienic situation. The staff were unhelpful and seemed uninterested in addressing any of these issues. When I complained about the state of the room, they shrugged it off and made no effort to rectify the situation. Customer service was non-existent, more the merrier they charged me extra over my Pre-paid booking amount. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and terrible customer service made my stay extremely unpleasant. I would strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere. It's not worth the money or the hassle.
