FabHotel Nirvana Residency
I stayed at [FabHotel Nirvana Residency] from December 16 to 21, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. While the price was on the higher side, this is not a good thing ..and I buy a chai from the hotel they give chai at 40 rupe cup other side the same cup from outside cost at 10 rupes and chai was not good. ...I think they need to look at this matter. The rooms were clean, and maintained, and the service was exceptional throughout my stay. The staff was good. The amenities were impressive, and the location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Despite the price is too higher, I’d highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a top-tier experience
FabHotel Ramhan
Even after paying the amount there was no confirmation call from the hotel. On reaching the hotel, we were given room 204 clean but told geyser not working then asked to switch to 104, which was complete downgrade. Later on after discussion, he let us switch back to 204. Not actually worth the price.

FabHotels was my go-to choice until yesterday, but this time I had the worst experience. The room was not properly cleaned, there was dust everywhere, the AC was working but was damaged with exposed wiring, and the TV had a similar issue. The sofa was also broken and not clean at all. When I requested a room change, they refused and there was no proper response from the staff. Really disappointing experience this time.
FabHotel Marble Arch

FabHotel Nirvana Residency
I had a deeply disappointing experience with Nirvana Residency. Despite having a confirmed booking via Brevistay and even calling the hotel a day before to reconfirm, I was shockingly denied check-in upon arrival. The hotel informed me they were fully booked and couldn't accommodate me. This left me stranded with my luggage, completely at a loss on where to go. I faced considerable stress and mental frustration, as well as the challenge of finding an immediate alternative. I had to visit 4-5 hotels before finally securing a place to stay, and I ended up paying significantly higher prices due to last-minute booking. My trip to Delhi was completely spoiled, with so much time and energy wasted. Adding to this, there was another group experiencing the same issue—they had even prepaid for their stay but were still refused a room. The hotel’s only response was to direct us to contact Brevistay, which was unhelpful given that the hotel itself was already full. This lack of professionalism and care for customers is unacceptable. I will never return to this hotel, nor recommend it to anyone. Nirvana Residency needs to seriously reconsider its approach to customer service and reliability.
FabHotel Mona International
I went there on 02nd oct for a small gathering as it was a friends birthday and i reached post 1 PM not as if i was asking for early checkin. They made me checked in the system but them never had the room available and we were waiting for almost an hour but the room was never provided. I complaint to fab and the rep also had a word with the receptionist about the delay and she mentioned group check out ho raha hain time lag raha hain. Bro if you do not have the room available update your systems accordingly and don’t take reservation. They spoiled the mood that day and now i have to chased for my money for something i have not even consumed or used. Such a waste of property. Don’t go by good ratings as once such property becomes operational and a little famous they start fooling people and don’t care about any hassle.
FabHotel Nirvana Residency
Really bad experience. Checkin is 12pm I came by 1.45pm and room was not ready for my friend. My room was ready but I had to ask them to change the bed sheet because it was not clean. Same bathroom was really dirty they had to clean it. The room don't have a proper system to evacuate the humidity so he room was super humide. So a lot of mildew on the wall, the ceillong. This is actually dangerous for health. The window can't be locked so anyone can come inside the room from outside, it's not safe. During the night many disturbance, the noise can be easily heard from the room. I'll never take this hotel again. Breakfast is a chai and butter bread. (Picture). There is no space for breakfast so they give the breakfast inside the room.
