We arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. Pathetic, Horrible, unhygienic. Fab hotel must remove this tag from this location as it will affect your reputation. Since 2 days I was provided only 1 towel during my stay. They dont bother about service only thing they want is money. Today as I checked out after 11 I was charged 1500 but after altercation he reduced it to 800 and the QR code provided to me was in another name. The concussion is it is pathetic place I have ever seen with flies all around no cleanliness, they are not bothered of anything.
