Good experience with this hotel
FabHotel Merriment City
Hotel Review: FabHotel Merriment Alpha, Noida Stay Duration: 2 days Purpose: Official visit Budget: ₹1000/night This was my first visit to Delhi, and I was looking for a decent, budget-friendly hotel. Unfortunately, most budget hotels had poor reviews, so I slightly increased my budget hoping for better service and safety. Despite reading some negative reviews about FabHotel Merriment Alpha, I decided to give it a try based on the photos shared by FabHotel’s customer service. However, after staying here, I do not recommend this hotel due to the issues I experienced. Pros 1. Spacious Room: The room was large, clean, and the bed was comfortable—suitable for 2–3 people. 2. Good Location: Located on Maharaja Agrasen Road, with easy access to transportation and Sector 18 Metro. 3. Peaceful Stay: No disturbances, smooth check-in and check-out process. TV with DishTV Next setup box and AC available. 4. Rooftop View: The rooftop offers a nice view of the city skyline. Cons 1. No Internet Access: The room I was provided (Room No. 204) had no working WiFi. Jio 5G network barely worked inside the room. Despite multiple complaints, no action was taken. I had to manage without internet access throughout my stay. 2. Old & Ineffective AC: The air conditioner was outdated and didn’t cool the room properly. This was a major issue in the peak summer heat. 3. Plumbing Issues: The bathroom tap was not working properly. 4. Cleanliness Concerns: Pillow covers were not clean and seemed unwashed. 5. Misleading Breakfast Information: They claimed breakfast was included, but there was no breakfast service. The in-house kitchen served poor quality food at unreasonably high prices. Example: 5 small puris with aloo curry cost ₹140! Better to order from outside. 6. Hotel Visibility & Exterior: The hotel has no proper nameplate or signage, making it hard for delivery agents or visitors to find. You often need to go outside to receive your food. 7. Waterlogging Issue: During rainfall, the area right outside the main gate gets clogged with water, making entry/exit inconvenient. Final Thoughts The hotel has potential, thanks to its spacious rooms and location. But the management seriously needs to fix the basic amenities like WiFi, AC, plumbing, cleanliness, and food quality. Until then, I recommend checking the room in person before booking or considering other options. Thank you, and I hope this review helps future travelers make an informed choice.

Very unhigynic hotel, even can't call it hotel. Washrooms were horrible. Not recommended to book at all. Rude staff, not kitchen no toiletries.

Terrible Experience – Would Not Recommend I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights, and the experience was extremely disappointing. Basic cleanliness and service standards were not maintained. The room was dirty, had a foul smell throughout the stay, and the AC was not working at all, making the environment very uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the room telephone was dead, so we had to physically go to the reception every time we needed assistance. When I raised these concerns with the receptionist, Mr. Amar, he openly admitted that they were already aware of these issues, including a non-functional geyser. He promised a room change, but no action was ever taken. Food service was equally poor. We had to personally inform the reception that we wanted bread with our masala omelette since the room phone didn’t work. Still, only the omelette was served. When we questioned it, Mr. Amar casually replied, “We thought you didn’t want bread,” showing a clear lack of communication and attention to detail. The bathroom door handle and lock were broken, adding to the overall discomfort. Linen, including bath towels, was clearly unwashed. Even though the booking was for two people, only one towel and one bottle of water were provided. When asked about the second water bottle, we were told it would be RO-filtered tap water, which they served chilled to avoid suspicion—an unacceptable and deceptive practice. This was an all-around horrible experience—from the lack of hygiene and broken amenities to the poor service and careless staff behavior. I strongly urge others to avoid this hotel unless major improvements are made.

Thankfully I booked the stay for one day and it costed 3000/- for premium room. I am attaching the pictures to look at the room condition. When we entered the room the room smelled of smoke, asked for room freshener and even then also the smell was strong. The tea kit provided only had two tea bags, nothing else, neither sugar nor milk! I have no idea if the kettle was working! Anddd AC - oh my god! It's broken and literally does nothing just a show piece (picture attached) the remote doesn't work either! When told to the staff his reply was "Maine kar diya h ap remote ko chedo maat" and that is unprofessional (my personal opinion) cause the tone was bad. There's a table but no chairs. The walls look horrible Got the bedsheets changed and they provided a damaged bedsheet. Just think this is the condition of a premium room which costs 3000/-. Such a waste! Stay at the cheapest hotel room and maybe that is a better one than this. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
