Very bad experience staying at this hotel.this hotel is more of couple friendly rather than a family hotel. we have seen condom packets lying in the corridor in front of our hotel rooms. the room service is pathetic, rooms & dustbins are never cleaned unless asked to clean multiple times. they do not provide mineral water bottle rather fill used bottle and expect us to have it. food is very poor quality and is very expensive. the location of the hotel is also not suitable, you will not find a good shop nearby, nearest market is also around 20 mins distance from the hotel. please do not stay in this hotel and waste your money. you will get a far better hotel at a cheaper rate and good service

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. all the staff were very friendly and courteous. we arrived earlier than expected by a few hours and our room was prioritised in terms and we were able to check in early free of charge. this was very helpful and appreciated as we were quite tired after a long flight.
