Great location, right on the main road, Rooms are comfortable and nothing too fancy! Washrooms we're clean and the team is hospitable! I had ordered Matar Paneer and Tandoori Rotis and the taste was good and portion was size was more than enough! Good experience at the given price point!

Good one to stay! But there is a long way to improve :) Receptionist wasn't talking in a welcoming tone. He wasn't rude, but he didn't reply properly. Poor English knowledge didn't help either. Room looks good interiorwise, but cleanliness can be improved. Floor was sticky, bathroom bucket was uncleaned. Noticed powercut and mosquitoes. Frequent noise from neighbouring rooms is heard. I think they can surely improve. Like keeping brochures of nearby tourist locations and agencies, providing better food, keeping rooms clean and providing tea bags and other items, etc

A good budget hotel at Dhanapara areas. As per the price the rooms are found very good and comfortable. The services are found ok type. The main issue is found the situation of the hotel, it's allmost 500 m away from the main road, and the road conditions equally not good enough. The price of food is also little high as per the hotel standards, and there are no much options in food item's. If someone willing to stay in isolation, this could be best options. The service of the hotel could be improved with food services. Every rooms have a TV, but it is found not in working conditions, after several requests also, they didn't fixed the tv in working conditions. If someone willing to stay in isolation, this could be good options with the less cost staying.

The rooms were good, but the food was not great. You won’t get anything before 8 a.m., not even tea. It feels like a one-star hotel. This was my first time staying at this type of hotel, and it was a bad experience. The reception staff kept talking almost until midnight, so there was no silence.

Highly not recommended, I booked for 2 night via booking.com website and I got email that I need to pay at property while I will check in. BUT immediately hotel person send me payment link to pay amount immediately without checkin to property. I told that this is not mentioned during booking but their staff insisted to pay immidiately and told me that they will cancil my booking if I will not pay before checkin to hotel. It’s not fair while customer are travelling from different state and they cancelled booking and insisting to pay immidiately. Never recommended to other and dont pay them before checkin to hotel and seeing their rooms.

It's worst hotel in my experience.... No cleanliness. They are giving room without cleaning and arranging it.. when I asked staff he said housekeeping staff is on emergency leave hence cleaning has not done and it won't be you have to bear that.... Room was full smelly and floor was completely dusty .... Lots of hairs was lying on floor as it was not cleaned at all before Giving it to us. Bathroom was having hairs here and there and the drainage was block due to hairs. 20 Rs water bottle they were giving for 30 Rs and these things they will tell you at the time or check out. Most of the guests were unhappy and complaining about the cleanliness. One more thing these people are doing scam also.. people who properly booked hotel online with full payment and all and when they are coming their rooms are not available it was occupied. Not at all a good place....

Worst Checkin experience ever. First i was denied checkin that there is no booking in my name . After 2-3 hours and multiple follow up with customer care , finally the booking started showing on hotels app. Now again the hotel started saying that you will have to pay but i had already paid online . I was told to talk to customer again . After multiple follow up i was allowed to checkin. There is great miscommunication between hotel and online platform. The rooms were decent bit the checkin experience was horrible.

This hotel is completely fraud. They are charging 2 times from the customer. Their staff is very rude. We have booked 12 rooms on 24 Nov 2025. My guest order some foods they charge with me and when guest checkout at that time they again charged. Completely fraud hotel, even we have connected for refund they are saying talk to this person and other person, but not refund my money. My suggestion don’t go with this hotel, their complete staff are very rude behaviour. Please refund my money also share your mobile number to connect. Don’t give general reply, don’t make fool

Third class service, non responding & even construction work going on which is very disturbing…pathetic experience not recommended at all

Today I recently visited this hotel to use washroom with my family and the Manager denied to use the washroom and told that you can go anywhere as I can't allow to use the washroom. I think this type of hotel only open rooms for public without knowing their legal rights. As per the interpretation of “free access” term given in Section 7(2) of the Indian Sarais Act 1867 enables a person to ask and consume water or use the washrooms of such hotels for free at any hotel at any time. In India, you can legally access free water and washroom facilities at hotels and lodge. Inspite of all these this type of hotel who without knowing anything take license to open hotels and doesn't think about the benefits of public where legal access is free to the things. I will file complaint against this hotel in consumer court also because such hotel needs to get aware about insuring the public facilities anywhere anytime.
