Good service and clean rooms. The location is very convenient for staying, and there are many outside food choices available nearby

My room-stay experience was satisfactory. The accommodation was clean, well-organised, and adequately equipped with the required amenities. The service provided by the staff was prompt and courteous, contributing to a comfortable and seamless stay.

If your tall the then you should avoid this hotel. We were staying on 1st floor. Not clean and asthetic. In the toilet shower height is low. comode and washbasin distance is zero, you will endup hitting your right knee. cupboards were dusty and Floors too. our cloth got dirty. 500 ml water bottle were provided instead of 1liter. No restaurant available in the stay but they have room service. Near by no good food hotel or any outlet was available. In

Room's are very conjusted, room service is very poor, que parking hence very irritating to park the car. Complimentry break fast not upto mark. Overall not value for money.

There is no restaurant. They get it from some other hotel and charge heavily. Then why person shouldnt do swiggy if he has to order from outside. It is not fab hotel but tie up. Photo shows fab hotel but it is actually lodge

Our experience with both FabHotel and Shourya Residency was terrible. The balance payment was much higher than the booked rates and when we asked for a justification, the hotel management was very rude to us. Even the customer care of FabHotels refused to help and subsequently stopped receiving our calls. Eventually, we paid the balance payment as per the booking rates and walked out

Had booked stay at Fab Hotels Shourya Residency Kothrud Pune from Jan 16 2026 to Jan 19 2026 (OIWNK9). The staff at the reception and hotel is really untrained. We reached from Mumbai at 11am and the checkin time was 12pm she asked me to pay Extra charges for early checkin Rs1500 (even the amount she asked an office boy). Nothing was system generated. Alongwith me were 2 supersenior citizens so even that was not considered for early checkin. Also the rooms were empty hardly any rush at the hotel. However, we had lunch outside and checked in Hotel at 1pm. My booking was for 3 days. However, during first night itself my Father fell down while climbing the Washroom. Yes in the gallery of room photos given in the website they do not show that the washroom entrance people have to climb a very high step. The step was very high and it is just impossible that senior citizens or people with knee pain etc. could climb it. There is not even a handle to hold. My father fell down while climbing it. He suffered injury on his hand finger. Also suffered sudden weakness due to the fall.Though we had booking for 3 days , we checked out the very next morning as we needed to come back and visit Doctor for my Father's injury and weakness. When I called Hotel Phone number for query and refund for genuine reason , I am just kept on hold for 10 each time I called. Am not sure where should I raise complaint on the website and apart from hotel stay we suffered so much of incidental expenses. Like the Tickets booked for next 2 days of Vasantov in Kothrud were wasted. Doctor expenses for his fall and also the mental stress suffered by all of us in family. Very worst experience in this hotel, first thing their is no manner how to speak with customer second thing no cleanliness in bathroom as well as beds Major think is in name of breakfast they are given only two idli that also worst in taste. For one cup tea also they are asking 20rupess because in breakfast only 2 idli are available more then that everything is chargeable. I am not not happy with this hotel

The hotel is definitely not worth the cost. Used to be oyo, now Fab hotels. Dingy looking rooms and the only thing a hotel must get right - clean, crisp bedsheets and pillows - were dirty and torn. A little bit of research will also tell you that most recent 5 star reviews are from accounts which have only ever reviewed this hotel, which essentially alludes to fake/paid reviews. There are better, affordable options nearby, go for those unless you have some other kind of compulsion to stay here.
