We had a lot of difficulty in locating our hotel at night 8 pm on 6/12/25 ,when we reached the location as there was no signboard on top of hotel. Shops on the groundfloor didn't know that there was any such hotel above.There was no contact no.of hotel provided in whattsapp messages sent from fab hotels,so I couldn't contact hotel person to clarify.We felt as if we have been cheated.Finally there was one person who guided us correctly towards dimly lit rear part of bhavyya complex where lift was located to go to fifth floor. Staff was cooperative & provided us things on demand eg bucket.Stay at night was comfortable.

I had booking with check in time 12 pm and to confirm early check in i called customer care and the executive talked me through to get a booking of my name which neither i requested because i wanted to book by online app. So he said that to check availability you have to give your name etc to confirm availability and my booking was made( which i am not aware). Still he didn't give a clear yes that room could be available that is subject to availability(later on i came to know hardly half of rooms were occupied). Next day i requested early check in and reception guy instead of making things easier asked wait,room is not ready so i waited for like 20 min and then he asked for cancelling that booking which i wasnt aware of made by customer care executive. Receptionist talked rudely and didn't care as if i was asking for free room and asked to cancel that booking i didn't know how to. So in process of getting my prebooked room i wasted 40 minutes and paid extra 350rs for just 2.5 hour earlier check in even though i left room early after 11 hours of stay in sameday evening. Talking about room smelly without ventilation, bedsheet old and smelly with hairs of previous room users,non functional tv remote, air condition and light, fan working,not properly locking door, just one soap for 2 guest and old towel,unclean bucket and mug with poorly clean toilet, cold water with questionable filter condition. Overall for the price it was slight ok but experience not as expected for fabhotel standards.

For early check-ins I paid extra but given a dirty used room and told will change at 11 am. Waited for 4 hrs to change room so that I could get hot water for bath. After 3-4 reminder they given another room by 12.30 pm. There were no hand wash in washroom. I asked for water no one given after telling that I will pay.

Pic shown of the property doesnt match with actual hotel from exterior. Also rates rack quoted on app is misleading to customer..stop misguiding customer by luring with heavy discount...

Location poor,service poor...TV was not working.Geyser not working in winter.Hot water was not supplied timely. Other customer's food charge was counted in my bill. Vegetarian Customer should not be visited as they serve both veg-nonveg food.

FabHotels is a fraud. I booked through them. They reached out to me via WhatsApp. Right after the booking amount was paid, they stopped answering me. Did not send me any confirmation mails and blocked me. Their policy is to refund full amount if cancelled before one day of booking. They did not refund my money. It was a big amount. They are scams with terrible terrible service and basically thieves. Quick responses until the booking, but they disappeared the moment my payment was made. FabHotels is horrible.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. The hotel seems to be on its last legs, with numerous issues that need urgent attention. To start with, the initial room I was given had a terrible odor. Although the staff was able to change my room, the new one wasn't much better—while it didn't smell, nothing else seemed to work. The cable TV service abruptly stopped in the middle of the night due to needing a recharge. Water was leaking through the ceiling in the corridor, creating a safety hazard. Despite the hotel claiming hot water is available from 6 to 10 am, I never had any hot water during my stay. The food was another major letdown—it was bland and unappetizing. Moreover, the power sockets in the room were all exposed, posing a serious risk of electric shock. The elevator was also problematic, with doors that wouldn't close properly, requiring a staff member to assist in closing them just to make it operational. Adding to the discomfort, the hotel manager seemed to engage in constant surveillance, giving guests suspicious looks, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. Additionally, every guest who visited me was required to show ID, which felt intrusive and unnecessary. Overall, this hotel has far too many issues for me to recommend it. My experience was unpleasant, and I would suggest considering other options. However, judge for yourself based on my experience.
