It is a two star or 1 star type small room hotel. I don't prefer with family to stay but good to stay for business purpose stay or small duration stay in Ahmedabad.

The rooms were not as shown in the pics.. this property shares commercial establishments within premises.. also the rooms were not clean. Staff was very good and polite. They were able to accommodate request.

For early check-ins I paid extra but given a dirty used room and told will change at 11 am. Waited for 4 hrs to change room so that I could get hot water for bath. After 3-4 reminder they given another room by 12.30 pm. There were no hand wash in washroom. I asked for water no one given after telling that I will pay.

Worst service from hotel, denied checkin as they said today is a match day and we won't be able to give you booking at same tariff, i was on call for almost 2hrs discussing with goibibo. They never hesitated to even ask for water or chair to sit down. Goibibo even matched the increased tariff even after that they were asking to provide extra cash for booking.

The property was called Aavkar OYO, it wasnt a fab hotel, does not show in google map, rooms here extremely dirty.

Very poor condition of the room just the basic room. Not worth the money. Bad smell coming from outdoor passage and also in room. Horrible experience (just for sleeping is quite ok ok) not recommended.

The owner and staff were not helpful at all, charged additional then the website fees, didn't even help with lugage carrying. They locked the door at night and refused to open if I went out. And the lift in ammeneties is only of name. It starts from basemnt and the second floor. There is no practical usage of that as I had to carry my laugage to the second floor through stairs myself.

Very Bad experience, Very small room, size is equal to Bathroom. Do not go and waste money. Fab team don't information also. 1k given for just for 3 hours and our money wasted. I don't recommend to anyone

We take CP plan . no brekfast provided . No answer by staff.. Zero cleanliness . we done complain mail.. but no responce from fab.. one of our guest in betweek check out and taken another hotel.. Very poor managment of fab hotel.. its not hotel.. its guest house.. money wasted
