Receptionist person behaviour talking is not good....not coperative not supportive

The staff is just not it, do not recommend this place its all just a scam online and in real life the rooms are in very trash condition with ash in the drawers and rooms not cleaned, also not couple friendly the staff is always looking at you with weird looks

Very disappointing experience. I had booked FabHotel Namantara 2 months in advance for 7–9 March at around ₹3,500 per night and even paid ₹1,100 advance two days before check-in. On the morning of 7th March, the hotel called and said the price had suddenly increased to ₹11,000 per night and that I must pay the difference or they would not give the room. The staff was very rude, kept me on hold for 30 minutes, and refused to properly address the issue. Despite the hotel not honoring the confirmed booking, they are not refunding the advance payment either. Extremely unprofessional and unethical service. Would not recommend.

First of all they denied to provide ac saying they cant give ac in this pricing..staff was rude. Room were not clean and was in bad condition. Water bottle seal was already broken. Towels and bedsheet were dirty. Kindly reacheck the hotel foe your feb hotel branding...its not up to the mark of feb hotels.

Dirty rooms, no cleaning done Also, the bed and all are dirty and unclean. We booked the room from FBB, and the photos looked good, but the actual room’s condition was the worst. Bad experience

Worst place, worst rooms and worst location. The view that was given online is not the reality. Rooom was really bad smelly like it was locked from ages. Bedsheets were not cleaned. The towels were not clean . The washroom was dirty . And the whole place was scary I checked out the very next morning

Very bad room . We asked near to airport it was 12 km away from the Air Port. There was no hit water. At mid night any body knocks the door. Seriously disgusting

Very poor condition of the room just the basic room. Not worth the money. Bad smell coming from outdoor passage and also in room. Horrible experience (just for sleeping is quite ok ok) not recommended.

I booked two rooms at Fab Hotel Galaxy and honestly, it was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. Let’s start with the rooms. What was shown during booking and what we actually got were completely different. The rooms were poorly maintained, dirty, and nowhere close to the standard we paid for. The bathroom was the biggest disappointment. It was extremely unhygienic, with stains everywhere and a foul smell. There were no towels, no soap, and not even basic toiletries. On top of that, there was no hot water available, which made things even worse. The staff didn't help the situation at all. They were unprofessional and dismissive. I tried speaking with both the manager and the owner, thinking someone would take responsibility or at least try to fix the situation, but no one cared. No solution, no apology, nothing. The attitude felt like the guests don't matter once payment is done. Overall, the place is badly maintained, the service is unacceptable, and the experience does not match the price or the promises made online. I would not recommend this property to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere.
