Another great experience here, stayed very recently and back again. Staff are the main highlight of this hotel, always lovely, helpful and genuine.

Cleanliness of the room, Tranquility, and the amenities in the room.

The hotel denied to honour the booking despite it being a pre paid one. They said that it was a mistake from fab side. The customer care did not try to resolve issue not even bothered to find put if we got the room now. It was a horrendous experience and will never go with fab again. Shall warn the fellow passengers also thru social media.

Very worst place i ever seen. My deluxe room is totally peel off condition. Washroom condition like station washroom. I said dont ever try if provide free.

it was one of the worst sevices i recieved . first of all they didnt like we book online they were first saying they cant give like this room that room then they were telling first when we reach hotel room not available then when i was about to call customer service they said room and no amenities were good it wasnt cleaned at all . when we ask about extending they said its not available but in fab site it was available and for additional guest they were saying thousand rupees were as in site 600 ultimate scamming of customers. we are trusting site and when reach hotel they also want money

I stay here for 1 day, next day my competitive exam was there, at night I needed to read ,i requested from beginning during day time also that light is not sufficient o read during late night, they said light will light up great during night , but I was right , during night you can see such photos that how can one read under such kind of lights? Other rooms were empty , still they didn't give me and I had to read under this light. Is this service good ? I'm Done....
