Rooms are good neat and clean value of money staff are good I refer my friends also

It was a good and pleasant stay and the staff were also very well mannered

Night support could be better and more courteous, breakfast option was available on booking.com but was canceled when someone from fab called and asked for advance payment thereby canceling that reservation and provided a direct booking with no mention of cancellation of breakfast or the booking.com reservation cancellation

Booking through Fab Hotels of the Serviced Apartment is a nightmare. I wanted to change the arrival time and get in touch with the Facility. The phone number given is that of a Call Centre. I contacted on 18th July twice and on 19th, SEVEN TIMES and twice even after I landed in Chennai. It was the same on all occasions - the IVR will say for contacting the Reception dial 6, the reply is, "our team will contact you soon" and disconnected. Even after 9 attempts to contact, nobody from Fab Hotel (perhaps an aggregator) ever replied. I had to manage with the Hotel for early arrival after a discussion. And regarding the Tree Service Apartment, rooms are comfortable, easily accessible and a little off the main roads. Service is satisfactory. NO food is available. When the Attendants bring food or coffee, the rates are exorbitant (compared to the Area and nearby Hotels). General maintenance is Average. The whole experience was awful. I can only give TWO Stars. **

Had the hotel had provided clean towel and mattress, we would have enjoyed the stay. Sorry to say that not only clothes are dirty, it created foul smell in the room. Curtain was of rolling type. We were unable to use it as it exposes inside out. It should be replaced with blind fold type. One small table and chair should be provided. These are the reasons forced me to give two stars. Please correct these small issues and improve to get for 5 stars.

We had booked a couple of rooms for a marriage function, but it turned out to be a horrible experience. There was no proper water supply, which caused a lot of inconvenience for all the guests. Such basic facilities were not managed, leaving us extremely disappointed. Definitely not recommended for staying during important occasion.

This is by far the worst hotel experience we’ve ever had. We had booked a room TWO days in advance, paid the advance amount, and clearly informed the staff that check-in would be at 4:00 AM. They confirmed everything and assured us that the room would be ready. But when we arrived at the hotel at 4 AM — tired, stressed, and with two senior citizens (my father and uncle, both over 60 years old) who came all the way for a medical check-up at SIMS Hospital — the staff casually told us they “forgot to allot the room.” Just like that. No apology, no arrangement, nothing. They simply returned the advance and left us stranded on the streets at an ungodly hour. Absolutely irresponsible, heartless, and unprofessional behavior. No respect for elders, no accountability, no basic decency. We were forced to go hotel-hunting at 4 in the morning with sick elders. Shame on this hotel. Do NOT trust their word or their bookings. They might just “forget” like they did with us. Pathetic service. Avoid at all costs.
