It was very horrible experience which i had. the movement i entered in the room too much smell. moreover smell was there in bed linen also, torn linen provided, light was fluctuating continuous i couldn't sleep whole night, reception staff was making to much sound. when i approached at reception the guy was playing pub g game and he was talking to him friend very loudly when i asked him not to make noise he mentioned it will be like that only. such a disgusting i had to checkout 4am because i couldn't sleep. i request the management to take a action and come back to me with closer.

I am frequent traveler, the worst hotel i ever stayed. recepetion treat you like a refugee camp. room is not clean and bed sheets with full stains.when it informed to room service ,they said all thier bed sheets are with stains only. this hotel allocated after paying advance to another near by fab hotel and on check in at 9 pm in reception room is not ready and return back after one hour , same person informed us rooms not available, eventhough advance payment successful. i recommend even they offer free stay , please do not book this fab hotel , worst customer service

Attenders and staffs not obliged. they are irresponsible. bathroom taps not working. no hot water supply. bad smell in blankets, i think it is not washed. very poor quality rooms. very much disappointed.

How can i call it hotel.no towels.no water in room. rude behavior. receptionist told what will you get at this price. no courtesy to help for luggage lifting.taps leaking.in which this is 3star hotel

My worst experience has been booking through feb hotels. the hotel i was given to stay at had a rating of 4.5, but when i actually arrived, it was a terrible hotel with no proper facilities. there wasn't even an arrangement for tea or coffee, and the staff was extremely rude. i left the room within 2 hours. i will never book through the feb hotel app again in my life."

Stay far away from this place. i booked a room for one night and paid rs.1800 online. the staff is irresponsible and very rude. this is an apartment in a residential area converted to a hotel. rooms are filthy and dirty. tv didnt work, ac had no remote and no way to change the temperature. no towels, not even a hand soap. the staff was sleeping in the room assigned to us when we arrived to check in late night. the guy at the front desk said dont ask questions, leave if you dont like. i would've left if i hadn't prepaid. absolutely terrible.
