I am a Senior citizen, having stayed in many hotels, and when I stayed in B Zone, a couple of years back, I realised that this hotel was miles superior to its contemporaries. It leaves its rivals in the Hospitality sector far far behind in the classy amenities that it offers. Superb cleanliness..... Place is exceptionally spic and span. Superb furnishing. A pleasing and aesthetic finish to the interiors. Polite and helpful staff. A sumptuous complimentary breakfast that keeps you going till late afternoon. An owner who calls to enquire if you are comfortable. Located in an idyllic, quiet, but sophisticated area . Located in a place where any important office / bank / resturant can be reached in a matter of minutes. And ALL this at a very modest Tariff of Rs 3000 /-. And my each stay seems to be better than the previous one. This is my kind of place, and will ever, ever be my place to go to in Chennai. I wish the marvelous owners all the very best. Had a very good stay in Fab Express b zone for couple of times in the interval of 2 weeks. Staffs are very polite and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. It is recommended for a budget stay, especially if you are visiting for US Visa appointments..

I had a very pleasant stay here, over the weekend. The room, sheets and bathroom were very clean. The room also had a nice spacious balcony facing the road. The staff were warm and welcoming. The best part of the property is that it's located smack in the heart of the city with most pubs, cafes, restaurants and interesting tourist spots at walking distance. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking for a cosy and affordable room at the heart of Chennai City.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was cozy with fresh linens, and the housekeeping team made sure everything was perfectly arranged.I really appreciated fast Wi-Fi, and good lighting. The bathroom was clean and elegant, with plenty of hot water and quality toiletries. Overall, it was a relaxing and pleasant experience, and I would definitely come back again. I stayed at FabExpress B Zone for a couple of nights during a short trip, and honestly, I had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, neatly maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed. The location is also quite convenient – easily accessible and close to nearby shops and restaurants. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere inside the property; it felt safe and peaceful. Check-in was smooth, and communication was easy whenever I needed assistance. For the price, I think it’s great value — perfect for short or even longer stays if you want a bit more privacy and flexibility than a hotel. Highly recommend for solo travelers, couples, or business stays!

Night support could be better and more courteous, breakfast option was available on booking.com but was canceled when someone from fab called and asked for advance payment thereby canceling that reservation and provided a direct booking with no mention of cancellation of breakfast or the booking.com reservation cancellation

Very bad experience, that room not cleaned properly and wash room flus not working, I rise the complaint but they didn’t resolve, Bad smell in room. Room service is poor. Food complementary is food…

⭐ Worst Hotel Experience – FabExpress B Zone ⭐ This was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever experienced. My stay on 21.01.2026 was extremely disappointing. Worst maintenance – the room and premises were poorly maintained. Not clean at all – hygiene standards are unacceptable. Worst staff behavior – rude, unprofessional, and least bothered about guests. Breakfast issue – breakfast was served from outside food, not freshly prepared. The most shocking part: When I asked for idlis, they served two and took one back after serving. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable and insulting to guests. Overall, this hotel lacks basic hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism. ❌ Do not come here. Do not stay here. I strongly suggest choosing any other hotel instead of FabExpress B Zone. Highly dissatisfied and not recommended at all.

Very poor service no working TV no hot water cattle. No toiletries Room was full of dirt...very old and tore bedsheet. Ac was also not working. Never expected this type of room service from Fab hotel platform. They have shown balcony on website but not provided. Fab hotel Authority should take action against this property owner. They will ruin name of Fab...overall pathetic stay
