Number 1 fraud. cancelled my booking when i reached there , said no rooms available. they gave rooms to two new customers infront of me.

Stay not pleasant.bed not comfortable and bed sheets and pillows not so clean.only one towel provided for 2 guests.even though i pre booked breakfast i was told in the reception breakfast not included in my booking.i availed only one night stay

Booked for king bed and was denied check in for this they forced us to stay in a room with two single beds.. this caused us a lot of inconvenience and also the room shown in image is not at all correct the property is very bad not in good condition ac not working plus damp walls

The hotel was a huge disappointment. there was no tv, and the heater was unusable because the switch was broken. the staff didn’t even apologize; instead, they just said, ‘if you want to stay, fine. if not, find another place.’ to top it off, the entire place had a terrible, stinky smell. i strongly advise against staying at this hotel.

Beds are too bad to sleep, i stayed for 2 days back pain was started for me ...springs for the beds will hurt you...service can be improved.... but location wise it was good..everything was so near.

My booking was with fabhotel colors service apartment which from photos looked like new and neat place. they called one day before my booking and said that the ac is not working and changed me to picnic plaza. it was a shocking experience because no cab could reach that place. exceptionally bad and dirty hotel. they changed hotel and are not offering refund. don't even think about staying with any fab hotels.
